I've only had Kugutsu user, and she was a chakra mouth too. So primarily, I'd note which bloodline are you going to use, and with it, are there any material needs?

Well i wasn't going to be in a bloodline i was just gonna try and make this character your average shinobi.
Do you think i should join a bloodline.
