And I think I heard somewhere pink was for boys and blue for girls a long time ago... I'm not sure if this is correct, though. >_>

I don't believe in color/gender correlation, but... I'd believe it. I think pink being a feminine color is a recent thing. In Japan, they don't have gender-specific colors. So you see a lot of guys dressed completely in pink.
