Laura helped Tony hobble to the don's office. When she got there, she knocked on the door.

One of Giovanni's men checked to see who it was. He let the two in.

Laura took a deep breath and picked up Tony, carrying him into the don's office. She then carefully sat him down on the couch. "I'm back." Laura smiled sweetly.

Giovanni saw Laura carrying Tony in. He looked around and then at Laura. "So where are Anthony and Rose?" he asked.
Tony sat on the couch, not saying anything.

"Well, I had them successfully delivered in a wooden crate, and it was no cheep transaction. I myself had to continue to cause a diversion elsewhere. My 'workers' told me that the police were following Tony as they were leaving, but Tony had the goods. In short, there was a big gun fight and Rose and Anthony got out. By the time I got there, Anthony and Rose were escaping to the other side while Tony had a gun to his head. I figured Tony was more valuable to you. Anyway, Anthony and Rose are still retrievable, and I already have people trying to locate them."

"Well that is good" Giovanni said. Then laced his fingers together and frowned at Laura. "Of course, if you had gone with the original plan, we'd already have Rose and Anthony and wouldn't need to go looking for them". he added with bitterness in his voice.

"The original plan was a bust because there were police surrounding the place. You told me to improvise. I did, and I did it successfully." Laura replied. "And that improvisation cost me $5,000, mind you. I had to pay another $100 to get Tony and I back here."

"I meant flying your plane into a secret base run by Felipe and his Company. You would have save a lot of money that way. Why did you not take that route? I know you have some personal issues, but you cannot let that affect your mission. That is what happened to Anthony" Giovanni said.

Rose was starting to fade into blackness.
The doctors started to shout, "ROSE! OFFICER ROSE! STAY WITH ME!" Her breathing was starting to fade.
Angel drove back home, grining the whole way.
The thought of Tiffany wipped the anger from his mind.
Vincent coughed and went into his medicin cabinet. He took two asprin for his aching head. He was close to finding a message address. He had a...present for her.

"I would rather pay the money then act with someone I can't trust. With my people, I know they will listen to me, respect me, I respect them, and I know how they work. Do you think I can honestly work with a group that regards me as a child? They will only get in my way and hold me back. I don't know how they work and I can't trust them. How is that going to help my mission any?
Besides, I only know one person from the company and I hate her. She is deceitful, wishy-washy, and two faced to the people she's on the same side with. I can understand when she's undercover to the enemy but not her own comrades during her free time. Even when I did legitimately try to help her, she couldn't put her differences aside and let me help her. Instead, she shot me. You honestly think I want to work with an organization that produces those kinds of immature people? I refuse. If you want me to change my mind, then send me there and let me judge them for myself. Otherwise, forget it." Laura declared stubbornly.

Giovanni sighed and scratched his head. "Fine" he said. He then pointed at Laura and said "but you are the one who's going to find them and bring them here".

"So be it." Laura said in a dark voice that could make even murderers quiver in fear. She stood and walked towards the door in a graceful but abstract manner. As she opened the door, she looked back at them once, and her eyes were a shade of bloody murderous red instead of the honest and innocent gray-blue they were before. She silently glided out of the room, closing the door gently behind her.
Two of the guards in the room swallowed hard, and one asked, "Was that... human?"

Giovanni just sighed. "Don't ask" he replied. He then looked at Tony. "So she saved your a**, did she?" he asked.
Tony rolled his eyes. "Well I did get shot, so I guess so" he said.

Laura went to her apartment and started changing into nurse clothes and putting on makeup. She then put on one of her black wigs with a nurse hat that tied behind her ears so the wig stayed on. Laura then called Lawliet to find the place and get him to hack their system and put her profile in their system as an intern. ((Sorry, these were the best pics I could find.))
