Purring, she rested her head closer to him. "Once birthed, we may visit the elven village to see about Ziven's banishment and when we return here, I may return to my human form if that is what will please you most."

Nodding slowly, Tutsumi ran a finger against her cheek softly as he closed his eyes.
I'd like to see what that was all about anyway...and it would be nice to be able to wrap my arms around you again...though you are beautiful either way.

She purred more at his touch, pausing only when her body contracted, preparing to birth her egg. As there would be time, she chose to explain. "Our Ziven rather had a rocky start in life. As we learn more of her days before coming to us, the truth becomes more clear. When we believed her to be of age for combat training, we traveled to the elves so that she would be able to train with others who were about her age. Though er were well respected, they held no trust for her, a human child with blue hair who acted very peculiar. The first day of training, one of the boys bullied her, using both words and actions to intimidate her. Instinct kicked in and that was the day she first cast her barrier but as it was accidental, she was unable to dismiss it. The elves were furious by that and her choice of actions which followed. She began crying then ran away from those she was to train with, until she quite literally ran in to me not too far away from the training area. We rather expected something to go wrong and rightly so. The elves labeled her a witch and as they frown upon witches, it was requested that she not return there. We were furious, insulted. Though we did not know she was truly ours in that moment, we decided to honor her as such that day and in that vowed to hold ourselves to the same conditions as she barring extreme circumstances. It has been many years since then, we believe that good or bad, it is time for them to know .." she finally trailed off, too distracted by what her body was doing to continue speaking, her body having been contracting intermittently the entire time she was speaking."It is time. Please .. stay here, with me where I can see you. Ziven will be here any moment for our egg and to assist me."

Nodding to both the story, and then the request afterward, Tutsumi opened up his eyes and looked into Fel's eye before kissing her softly.
I had never planned to leave, my love.

She looked at Tutu, finding great comfort in his presence. "I meant only .. to stay here where I can see you. I know you will not leave me like this. Though Ziven will be first to hold our egg .. I want you and I to be closer, to be together while I give birth."
"Worry not either of you. I will take care of you, sister." she said cheerfully, taking her place, knowing exactly what to do. It was not terribly long before Feldspar had birthed the egg, it lay on the grass for a moment, shining before Ziven busied herself with cleaning off the egg, helping Feldspar be clean also (using magic) and giving the still-warm egg to Tutsumi to hold. "The little one has thoughts .. no words, but thoughts. Amazing." she said, beaming at them both. She kissed Feldspar on the nose and Tutsumi on the forehead before retreating in to her home, giving the new family time to be together.

Smiling, Tutsumi craddled the egg in his arms before turning to Fel and showing it to her, kissing her softly.

She purred softly, her eyes slowly closing lazily, as the tired feeling swept over her. "You both .. have my love and gratitude. Though now .. I am .. weary." she said before drifting in and out of sleep.

Nodding, he took off his jacket and wrapped it around the egg to keep it warm before placing it between the two of them as he cuddled up to Fel for rest as well.

Morning broke and the day to depart for travel was growing even more near with the knowledge of Feldspar having birthed her egg. Ziven quietly wandered out of the house to see if they were both awake. She had given them their privacy, and would continue to do so but wanted to be there for them when they woke also. Coming around the corner, she looked at them peacefully sleeping. She watched in awe for a few moments before taking steps closer, trying not to disturb them, she lowered herself to the ground, kneeling near them, waiting for them to wake, she closed her eyes, lowering her head.

Stirring from his sleep, Tutsumi rolled over slightly and looked toward Zi. He first looked stunned, then shook his head as he then smiled and nodded to her.

Sensing him stir, her eyes raised to view him just as he appeared to be surprised. She blushed slightly, again lowering her gaze, speaking softly. "My apologies if I have disturbed you, simply wishing to see when you are awake."
There was only a slight pause before Feldspar also was awake, realizing both others were also. "Nonsense, Sister. Please, come closer. It is you, after all, who must find a place for our egg to be safe while we journey together." she said cheerfully, lazily peeling but one eye open as she spoke. Ziven obediently rose and moved closer to them, again resting in the grass nearer to the new family.

Smiling, Tutsumi sat up and offered Zi the egg to hold. It would be good for Zi to get close to it, even more so after what Fel had said.

She looked between them all with a peculiar mix of joy and fear. "Sister, I should not .. what if .."
Feldspar flicked her tail,the same gesture as a human would by raising their hand to silence someone. ""
"Yes sister, I understand." she said softly, picking up their egg and cradling it lovingly, even going so far as to nuzzle against with her face, smiling brightly.

A new question had popped into his mind, one which would have to wait until time told. He took a deep breath and looked back up to Fel with a smile. His surprise for her would have to wait as well.
