Of course. I didn't say it made you invisible. 3nodding
However, what with him using heat as his basis foe everything and all, I'm pretty sure that makes it pretty obvious that I was hard to spot. And that is when I'm NOT hiding behind a massive asteroid. xd
Obviously weapons fire will bring you into view. Thats just common knowledge. But as long as you don't move, don't fire, keep your systems to a minimum, and turn off any locater devices you might have, a big mech would just kinda blend into the buildings and such around it, so long as you, you know, didn't see it with your own two eyes. domokun

Hey Ryugi we need to also set up a standard for sensor type and such so that we don't have to argue like this anymore. If we can find a way to make things more clear it will make the fights run more smoothly.

Electromagnetic imaging would make any mech obvious.

You are being watched. If you're down on the ground you're likely to be spotted unless you're doing alot to stay hidden. In which case you aren't in the likely opporntunity to strike.
That and EM would just give you away.
Give me a tank built with the same tech base of the mech and I'll give you a tank that will pwn any mech of said tech base.

And maybe I could do it "Children's Book Style" With pretty pictures and 5 words for each description!! xd
Maybe you're right, but I figured people could be smart and use their heads to come up with something that makes sense. Too many limits make something un-fun, hence why we were as unspecified as possible, but enough to set down some ground rules, so people would be creative and have fun without claimbing uberness.

Hey Ryugi the only reason why I went to heat sensors was because that was the only way I think to see you after you shut off your sensors. Core would most likely do that if he could nto find you any other way. Considering that you did have a high powered beam weapon at least it would act as an early warning system if you fired it at him from long range like I thought you would.

Kraun Kraun So... how do these elevators work? If you mean the ones in Lament, you have to convince the guards to turn them on. Unless Ryugi changed that again. evil

The guards need to get permission to activate them from the higher ranking military officers. Other than that you get to camp out in the Underground while the ground troops paste you.
