Look, i'm going to wait till the others look at this before I say anything or let them handle it. But i'm going to level with you here for a moment, its best that you just take the two abilities and just accept it because you have fought with all of us and asked separate captains for different stuff. We all talk to one another about abilities of the like so we know, we're all annoyed and tired of it. In short it doesn't work. Take what we gave you and leave it at that.

Alright, just a few things here. First, you need to set restrictions for the unnatural speed. How fast can she run? How long can she keep up this speed? Do keep in mind that those things need to balance each other. Think of a cheetah; they can run very fast, but only for short distances.

Second, there is a discrepancy in the weight of her yo-yos. Are they 20 lbs total, meaning 10 lbs each? (Which I would recommend, tbh if you streamline the weight, they will be more agile) Or are they 20lbs each?

Clarify these things, repost in OOC and we'll go from there, 'kay?

100mph is too fast. Let's settle at 60, alright? That's 20mph than the fastest human ever to exist in the history of ever.

Bio: Before I was a cyborg, I was once human. My name was Amaya Quinzel. I was a scientist, working on project Red Wabbit (“Red”) with others in my group, thus I adopted that as my code name. I found my way in a gang known as the abandoned. I sought help with this new lifestyle as a cyborg, receiving medicine and mediation to get my life back together. I then reconstructed my face/body, fearing the family of my victims would find me. I am still haunted by their faces, but each day gets better. I am redeeming myself for past mistakes. After I recovered, I started to work at Tetra Tech as a biomechanic while moving up in rank, becoming a spy. I finally found a place that accepts me for who I am.
Abilities:

Electronkinesis: Controls minor electronic currents, shock people for a limited time as though tazed.

Technokinesis: Hack and manipulate minor electronic devices such as computers, phone, or anything electronic. She has to be in close range (2 ft from the outlet) or direct contact to the device to be able to hack into it. Limited time to remain in the database before causing damage to herself (Stronger defensive system: risk of being stopped/kicked out system or screw up her own system. She is careful to use this ability due to the risk and doesn’t rely on it all the time unless necessary or knows the system operation)

Unnatural Speed: Faster than normal man. 75mph for 2 mins.

Weapon of Choice:

It is a pair of specially designed yo-yos. The yo-yos is extremely durable and heavy, both weighing 20 pounds total (Each 10lbs each). It’s made of special metal alloy used to strike things. She can swing it around; doing several tricks to ensure it strikes her opponent (Up to 10 feet). With it, she can also use her ability which is control electricity to combine it with her attack to shock her opponent.
