Tres Ecstuffuan
What exactly is the issue that brought upon the judge call?
An issue regarding the absolute lethality of myself and my opponent using a "lightsaber". A sword which can essentially bypass any physical matter save for living stuff. A "Brilliant Energy" sword from D&D. Technically, his didn't just bypass the metal, it cut through metal, flesh and energy. Point is, we were both swinging auto-hits.
And yes, I understand a laser sword isn't
always an auto-hit, but when you've got him leaving perfect afterimages before attacks, and me rapid firing my paladin buffs, we're damn near always going to slicing each other's limbs off. I think this is a weapon which makes the fight less fun for it being there. I feel as though a weapon with that much absolute killing potential is like asking for a power creep and an unsatisfying conclusion.
Essentially I think it's unfair.
But I'm also fine with it.
I asked that if I had to fight a character who can block with magic spells while simultaneously attacking with a sword nothing can block, I'd just like my Lay on Hands back please.
