Hakai blinked seeing the girl stop what she was going to say. Oh well no real skin off her nose anyway. Then things got interesting. 'Uncontrolable state at the moment.' She leaned forward a bit from the wall. "Oh really? So are mine...its the main reason why I am here. I am considered rather unstable with the control of my powers." She brushed back her long hair with a hand and sighed. "Star test? OH that thing that was posted aroud the school. Yeah I was told I couldn't participate until I had a better control over my powers...they worried about me being a danger to myself and others."

Sora laughed a little bit, thinking that they should have told Michio that. "They should have told that to my partner. It's not his powers he can't controll though, it's himself." She extended her hand out to the girl and smiled. "Sora. It's nice to meet you."
"When you think about it though, every one in this school is dangerous, no matter how well they can controll their powers. I was considered a threat though, a threat to everyone in my village. It hurt, because I was still very young, and the only one with magic powers at that age. I was often bullied and thrown around untill I couldn't take it anymore. Eventually, everyone in my village was slaughtered...." She looked down at her hands. She had became used to telling people what had happened along time ago. It didn't make her cry or make her depressed, but it set off a twinge in her heart.

Hakai blinked and looked at the hand that was extended to her. She stood quiet for a bit then walked over with her own hand extended. "Hakai" She said to Sora with a faint smile. She listened to her story blinking slowly at she quietly listened. When she was finished she sat down in a nearby chair, letting go of Sora's hand. "Ah well. It wasn't long ago that I resevied mine...or maybe I've had them for a long time and never knew how to use them...I just know I got into some trouble and ended up killing several people and nearly killing my cousin...the only family member that actually cared and liked having me around." She sighed and looked out a nearby window. "So basicly I don't seprate friends or foes."

Sora smiled, not feeling too different from Hakai. "I wonder..." She whispered to herself quietly. She nodded to herself, her eyes closed, then opening again. "Can you keep a secret, Hakai?" She asked. She felt ready enough to tell Hakai her secret, even if it was a little bit soon. She was sure this time, and wouldn't mess up by telling someone that she didn't trust. She was a little hesitant though, even if she thought she could trust Hakai.

Kamaria sighed a resigned herself to sitting down back on the seat. Erika was right if she didnt rest her mind she'd pay for all this use later and three times as bad...She willingly allowed Erika to 'continue' the 'questioning'.
They were being unfair to the nurses in one way, but so far they had been unfair to them first, and as the saying goes; all's fair in love and war. Although this was more of the latter...
Kamaria glared at the nurse as she had feverishly pulled at her dresses hem. Fair enough she knew neither her or Erika deep down would hurt them, just torment then a little, or lot depending on circumstance...She listened intently as the nurse whimpered a reply
"You snapped his bones! idiots..."
Kamaria felt her blood boil, but she kept herself sat firmly still since there seemed to be a few new people about now and if she flipped again she would not nessicerily be able to keep her eye on everything she was throwing about, and getting into another fight and more trouble was not a clever idea...
"I think you had better go find him ad get him treated properly, before i end up spending more time in here for 'headache treatment', dont you?..."
Her voice was threatening yet crystal clear and the words 'headache treatment' were purposefully emphasis sarcastically, as if to say either they were the headache and she would have to deal with it, or using her powers to get the nurses to do as they were told, was going to give her a headache. Either way it was a not a promising idea to the nurses. She looked towards Erika as if to say we can't really do anything yet...
***
Dewei was still semi sedated. The nurses had finished sewing his wound with a thin fine surgical thread and something commonly called 'butterfly stitches.' Oh how masculine... It had taken the nurses a fair while due to the size and shape of the wound. They couldn't understand how he had managed to cause suck a wound and least of all get it full of wood and metal splinters; was he in Wood shop class or something?
The two nurses left sighed as they bandaged the now cleaned and treated wound and rolled him onto his back a little roughly to say the injury was on his back. the propped him up with pillows so his weight was not pressed on the wound, checked his vital fluids and left. Without a backwards glance...
Dewei could feel his mind awake and it was like he was mentally talking to himself. Because of the nature of Dewei's 'mind powers' his mind was often more awake than his body! His mind infact was more advanced than a super-computer, it jsut didnt harbour as much knowledge...
***
Spook's was tempted to help the nurse who was being brutally threatened, but that was not her place, after all she didnt know the whole story...Refusing to make eye contact she continued to stare at the floor tiles her white blue eyes unmoving and still; disturbingly like those of a corps...
She blinked finally breaking the unmoving stare and unblocked mind. Her empathy set into full whack again and she was having to be careful not to allow herself to be affected...She was beginning to get annoyed now, with her empathy's full abilities unleashed one more she knew it was Dewei's pain she had sensed. She was close very close. the receptionist seemed to be sat there doing nothing and Spooks began to twirl a strand of her hair out of impatience...
With each passing second Dewei's pain signature in her mind magnified and she finally got to her feet and stormed over to the desk. The secretary looked at her in that dis-concerned 'your not threat to me way'. And Spook's couldn't help but smirk, fair enough she had morals, but there was nothing stopping her from getting and answer...
"Tell me what would you miss most your life or your loved ones?..."
Reaching out she grabbed the secretary's chin with fierce force for such a seemingly weedy Russian girl. forcing the secretary to look straight into her eyes her empathy began to set and in a force fear and pain upon the secretary as well as an hallucination of what ever her minds worst fear produced. It was to such an extent they secretary began to writer trying to break free of Spook's grip but Spook's didnt let go. After several minuets Spook's loosened her grip and allowed the secretary to writer about a little before returning to a highly panicked and whimpering state; a big improvement from the one Spooks had forced on her...
Spooks glared at the secretary, and forced a calmer emotion on her so she could speak once more...
"Now is Dewei here or not?!..."

Hakai blinked and nodded to Sora with a small smerk...meh it was the closest thing she would get to a smile....that thing was still a bit forgin to her. "Alright. You can trust me Sora, what's on your mind?" She leaned forward, blinking seveal times. She could here the goings on in a room a few doors down and she wondered, what the hell was happening in there? Where they killing someone or what?

Slipping the silver key into the large door she listened for the click, after hearing its' silent catch she pushed heavily down on the handle and let herself in. As soon Lamya entered she was hit with a rush of freezing cold air that was even she, who was the undead, could feel. Sighing heavliy she shut the door behind her and slowly sauntered off to the small fridge where blood packs were kept.
"This is so...embarassing. We are hunters of the human race, yet we are forced to feed like caged pets!"
In the back of her mind Aegle was worrying about that boy and started to scold Lamya. Yelling loudly about her self centerdness. Her voice loud and proud as it echoed. Which was strange for Aegle never spoke out of turn.
oh for the love of all that is holy...give it a rest. We need to feed, and i want to help that boy. Ok, so quit crying!
Fairly amused by what was happening she merely chuckled and slipped the door to the fridge open. Though she was hesitant when her eyes fell upon what lay at the bottom. Cold blood packs, labels and..cold. Shivering in disgust she took one out and slowly sunk her fangs into the pack. Her face tight as she drank.
**************************
Erika nodded in frustration. It was true, there realy was nothing they could do until they found him. But just to keep the nurses o their toes she grinned sadisticly and started to lift the remaining needles in the air and point them at the nursing staff.
"Go and find him. Or you'll have the both of us to answer to"
Her voice had gone dark and promising. She enoyed creating torment and fear in the hearts of others, and it worked. The nurses squealed in fear as they ran off to find Marcus. Their thoughts at a hundred miles per hour.
Chuckling as they left she relaxed and sunk back into the pillow and looked over at the little girl who seemed to be getting all distressed. She seemed to be missing some guy, perhaps her brother, and she was going about it with such force from a young kid. Turning to Kamaria she nodded in the little grils direction.
"Thinks she having fun tormenting that receptionist?"

Sora nodded, her eyes closing. "You know that I'm obviously not human, correct? And I'm used to being called demon, but I'm really not..." She started, "Actually, I posses the soul of one of the few dragons of the wind. I believe there is only two in existance."
Her eyes still closed, she began to talk again.
"In the birth Cry of the cosmos The twin eyes awake Above us they shine The world made safe for our sake
The forests they flourish The towers grow high The four lights shine down Chaos withers and dies
But imbalance grows Forests turn dark This is our doom The tower breaks the sky Here come the dragons to bring it down."
The prophecy from her village. She hated it. "That was the prophecy from my village, passed onto the villages around us. Everyone was afraid of the end of the world, and seeked to kill me immediatly. Regardless of their attempts, I could not be killed, no matter if I was a sin to the village. So I was shunned by everyone, just because I was born with the soul of a dragon." She had ended her strange, but true tale and looked at Hakai. "You can't tell anyone, or something bad could happen."

Hakai blinked a few times then gave a little smerk, but not one that would show any danger or of broken trust. "Well it looks like we share something in common, we were both shunned by not only family but everyone around us." She sighed and leaned back, a story for a story no? "I am something rare and dangerous...I am what something dangerous and evil according to stories and legends. Either way, we are not supposed to exist anymore. My mother and I are....well my mother was one of them but the people of the town, she hid me away as she was attacked. She was over thrown but numbers. But she fought bravely to protect me. I can't remember everything...its hard to remember. I just remember being put into the hands of my aunts and uncles who traded me around, none of them really wanted me around. She sighed and looked up at the ceiling, they were as white as anything else in the room

Sora smiled a little bit, openin her eyes. "Even though it was tough as a child, it makes us stronger as we age. To learn that people aren't always going to think the best of you as a child is probably the best age to learn it, though it can make you cry or feel uneasy." She looked out of a nearby window and sighed, looking down at her arms. All of the bruises she had were completely gone, even though they were there a minute ago.
She blinked a few times, just shaking the fact off. "You know, you smirk at everything. Have you tried to smile?" Sora asked. She knew Hakai could smile if she really tried. She was a nice person.

Hakai blinked looking at Sora. She was right, it was hard as a child losing her mother. She was the only one who knew about the powers, since she shared them. She wanted to learn but the only one who could help was now gone...for many years, but those years had made her hard...maybe a bit cold even but she was caring at heart. She was taken out of her day dream by Sora looking over to her as she finishes her question. "Smile? Ah...I don't remember the last time I smiled to be honest. I think it was while my mother was still alive but thats back when I was just a child."

"Hmm... I see. Was your mother the only one who knew about your powers? The only one who seemed to care? It must've been hard when she was gone." Sora closed her eyes for a brief minute, then opened them, determined to find a way to make Hakai smile. "Okay! I'm gonna find a way to make ya smile if it's the last thing I do!" She chirped excitedly.
"Sora Yamanaka?"
Sora looked up at a nurse, blinking a few times. "Yes?"
"Your free to leave. You seem to be in good shape."
Sora smiled and nodded, the nurse walking away. "Okay. Hakai! Let's go to my dorm room, kay? I want you to meet a couple of people!"

Spooks finger prints were visible on the bruises on the secretary's chin, perhaps she had held on to tightly. But she wanted an answer Dewei was the only thing worth caring about and if she didnt find out about him soon she would not be held responsible for her actions...
She was completely unaware of the two girls watching her, and it wouldnt of bothered her anyway. Using her empath abilities she forced the receptionist into such a calm state she could of been relaxing on a beech...
"Now answer me, and do it now..."
the receptionist casually sighed sat straight and began typing on the computer. A few moments later she began tapping her fingers. And Spooks was about a moment away form smacking her around the face. the secretary seemed to realise her impatience and finally spoke in that snotty way Spooks hated "Dewei Mimir is not registered at this Hospital yet, although we do have a copy of his school records. We have had a new male admittance that is not registered here, he's in room 11 i dont know his name."
Spooks glared, but she at least now had an answer. Her eyes seemed to glow bright as she manipulated the light and used her phaetasm to wipe the secretary's memory of the hallucinations and torment. Spooks morals compelled her to do so, although she had completely ignored them when she had torment the secretary in the first place...
She turn on her heels and being walking forward away form the desk, she sat back down in her seat and looked at a hospital map she had grabbed from the secretary's map, now where was room 11?*** Kamaria watched as the girl seemed to do something else and got and answer out of secretary. she smirked, the girl was cleaver for a young one..
"Perhaps buts she not bad at what shes doing...I think she has remorse though..."
This was a genuine reply from Kamaria every since her family's past she has not particularly been bothered by any amount of torture, blood or violence, she only showed remorse for things she shouldn't of done; like attacking Marcus who was only trying to help anyway...She had watched as Erika had threatened the nurses and she was impressed that Erika was good a threatening. Since they didnt know each other that well Kamaria had not expected Erika to be that good at threatening, but then again threats were either a natural talent or not one at all...
She wondered how Marcus was faring and weather or not the nurses had found him yet. She hopped the worse had not happened...*** Dewei twisted and turned as his awake mind tried to force his asleep body to wake up. Physic people had advanced minds but the issue was that there body's weren't as advanced. And the mind was often more awake than the body creating a strange sensation indeed...
Dewei gave up and tried to send his mind out and find out about the others, Marcus and the two girls...His mind however met a sudden blast of Empath abilities and he knew it had to be spooks no one else was that kind of Empath, Spooks' other ability Phantasm meant that her Empath abilities were different to normal ones, it was hard to explain he doubted even Spook's understood...Since he couldn't find out what she was using her abilities for he jsut hopped it was for a good reason...

The blood pack was nearly at an end, It sweet metalic taste sliding down her throat and providing her with energy and qeunching her blood lust. Though admitedly warm blood would have tasted better. But her own sense of moral decenecy would not allow her. With her renewed strength came Aegle renewed sense of control. At last she could finaly regain control of her body and do as she wished. Without having the headache of forcing Lamya to do them. Trying to get Lamya to do anything was like trying to force a cat into a bath. A bad mistake and one that would cost you a few injuries.
Finshing the pack Lamya sighed. She could feel Aegle pushing her to the back once again. This always happened. Every time Aegle got her strength back she got her control back. It was just so unfair, but none the less, she was runing out and needed Aegle to take over other she would have colapsed. Guess it made sense then. Deciding not to put a fight this time around she allowed herself tp pushed back. Taking all the darkness with her and allowing the small bright light to come forward.
Aegle suprised at this. Lamya had never before been so easy to comand. And now here she was allowing herself to pushed back and out of control. This was surprising to say the least. But she wasn't going to question it. Right now she had more important things on her mind. As she came back in control of he body. Her hair became golden blonde and her clothes back to what they were before hand. A white dress with a white shawl and a pearl drop neckalce.
Taking a deep breath she placed the pack in the bin, the keys hanging in her hands as she walked over to the door. That poor guy out there must have been in some pain. But hopefully she could help him after all. Placing her slender hand on the thick door handle she pushed it down and walk forward. There he was, pale and weak. Blood spilling out on the floor his head hung. This was not good. Quickly she walked towards him. Her face filed with sympathy.
********************
Marcus could feel himself becoming weaker. The blood that came from behind his wings was leaving his body quite quickly and the pain was now seering through his very being. He wished that he hadn't done this, he wished his genetics were better and cursed his parents so...but then he sighed. He loved his mother and couldn't balme her for who she fell in love with...it was no one faults but his own.
Sighing he hung head just baove his knees. His eyes were becoming heavy and his vison blurred. But he didn't care at the moment. Right now he wanted sleep. That was it. Bt when he ehard light footsteps drawing near he lifted his head very lightly and found what looked light a bright light, in the figure of a girl...he couldn't tell what she looked like or who she was, but he jut moaned and hung his head again.
**********************
Aegle watched him, this was bad. The pull of sleep was getting to him and if slept she wasn't sure if he would wake up. Rushing to her knees she knealt down beside him. Her gentle hand tapping his face to keep him awake whilst she spoke soft, yet loud so he could hear.
"Stay awake..ok. Do not sleep. Im going to help you"
Worrying, seeing as she got no response, she tipped him forward so she could look at his back. The source of the bleed was just underneath his wings. It was here she saw two completely different wings..he was a hybrid. No wonder he was in so much pain. Placing his head on her shoulder, she balanced him as she slid both her hands to where his wings lay and closed her eyes. To heal him completely she would have to focus on the wounds internaly. Which was difficult at th best of times.
A warm light glow left her hands and conected with his back, spreading around his wings and engulfing the pain. Here she coudl feel tore muscles and broken bones. These nurses wre never any good. Sighing she used her light ike a needle reconecting the muscles and a band to rejoin the bones and hopefully and painless as possible.

Rivera felt an incessant tugging at her chest, as if someone was trying to grab her sternum out of the front of her rib cage. At first, it was only a nagging annoyance that caused her to twitch an eyelid. All it felt like was a stiffness in her chest cavity. Then it slowly transitioned into a light, dull pain, steady and pounding with her heartbeat and breathing. The pain grew stronger with each moment, every second that lasted days in her perception of time. It was like a snake now, moving within her, sinking its fangs into her flesh from the inside with burning bites. She sat up suddenly, instinctively curling up at the first tide of pain to hit her. Every inch of her was stiff and sore. Her entire torso felt like it was going to tear itself apart. Even breathing was an effort for her. She could feel her heart pounding faster to make up for its weakness, struggling to support her now awakened body.
It took her several moments for her to realize that she was hooked up to an oxygen mask and about three different life support drips onto two IV needles. Two of them were attached to the same IV, secured to her hand with surgical tape. Another one was a blood replenishing drip, hooked to a vein in her elbow crook. The coolness of the liquids flowing into her veins was disturbing, literally making her blood run cold. Rivera slowly uncurled and lay back down, biting her lower lip to keep from making any sound. It hurt to move anything. How did she get here anyway? Oh yeah... that star test. She could vaguely remember that she misplanned and left out the fact that Sakura may not have gotten enough sleep... Was he okay? Did her Chaos Continuum end up hurting him? Rivera tried to think, closing her eyes to avoid staring at the stark white ceiling. This hospital room was like a prison. She couldn't stand this place at all. How long has it been? Turning her head towards the standing calender on her night-table, she saw that the date was the 19th... in other words, she had been in a coma for nearly four... maybe five days.
Rivera lifted her very stiff left hand and slipped unbuttoned the top two buttons on the light blue hospital pajamas they dressed her in. Her bandaged and taped fingers were clumsy at best and fumbled with the simple secures. It was at least half a minute before she finished the task. Wide, white bandages wrapped around her chest. They had done surgery on her to repair her heart and lungs, and close up the openings of the wound she recieved when she was was impaled. They seemed to have done a good job, despite the fact that she still hurt like hell... They must've gotten a healer who failed to heal her through magic. The chaos energy on her was probably too strong. She could still sense its presence on her, even after four or five days. Rivera slipped the right collar of the light cotton shirt down and let her hand search over her shoulder. There it was, a single, scar in the shape of a crescent moon and a cross, It was charred looking, as if it had been burnt into her skin. So the fox-creature really did understand her words. There were only two of those markings on her shoulder... the other one was a sword and crown insignia, when she lost to a baron a long time ago. Each sign was no larger than her thumb nail. She slipped the shirt back into place and tried to button it again without success. The best she managed was to fold one side of the shirt over the other side and leave it that way.
There was a knock on her door. She answered it with a whispered "Come in". It was softer than her usual whisper, a voice that spoke with only her throat and not her mind. The door swung open only slightly, allowing for a messenger bot to float in. It was no more than a simple miniature computer screen with a hovering device attached to it. On the screen was simple text message. Sometimes, audio or video files are sent, but the simplest way to convey basic messages was in text.

Good luck with your star test, I'm taking mine in a few minutes... I want to plan something special for the Sakura Picnic though. I heard there's going to be a kimono contest, so I hope you could try out one and enter. I'd like to see that. If I end up in a coma or something, go anyway and bring back a trophy or a medal... stuff like that. I have a feeling something's going to happen. Just dunno what.
Take care, Love, Kira

Ri-chan, I've picked up a problem. Kira-kun has gone missing. He suddenly vanished in the middle of his star test. I've been trying to pick him up, but it's hard. He seems to have disappeared off the face of this world. He might be in the next world, or in a vertically adjacent plane. I don't know which one, or whether he'd been abducted or not. I still know that he is not injured. His life support shows that he is fully healthy, but the waves are coming from all random directions and sometimes, no direction at all... O___O I'm sure he should be fine, so don't worry too much. Please recover quickly! I'm working out the problem in the Asura Labs, don't bother yourself coming. I'd rather work alone.

Sighing in mild frustration, Rivera tried hard not to cry. Everything was going to be fine... 'was' being the key world. It would've gone as she planned if the world were a normal place. Unfortunately, everything always went wrong. Anger rose in her like a blossoming, poison flower. Her dim lavender eyes turned icy blue as she sat up again, bearing against pain with will. Her bones felt like they were going to just fall apart and leave her there on the bed. Instead, she stood recklessly, without any regard for her injuries. Stopping the support drip's syringe machinery, Rivera ripped the IV needles out of her arm and tossed them onto the table. She was about to take a step when her knees completely gave out, Rivera fell to a sitting position, feeling pain again, a stronger agony than before, now that her body had been strained. Fighting to stay conscious, she reached for the side of the bed and gripped onto the blindingly white bedspread. Rivera forced herself to stand up. Noticing a wheelchair at the foot of her bed, she limped her way towards and, holding the bed the entire way. When she sat down, she felt considerably less strained. Exhaustion was catching up to her.
"Renerve, jontyure..." She whispered to the electrical mechanism on the arm of her chair. The wires in them broke free of the base casing and shot into her left hand, connecting her to the robotic control mechanisms directly. Rivera mentally commanded the chair to take her towards the wardrobe on the other side of the room, then opened the doors to retrieve a baggy T-shirt and a pair of shorts. Those were hospital spares... she'd have to return them later. Unconnecting from the chair, she clumsily tugged off the nightshirt and slipped on the black shirt with the Ria-high Carnival insignia on it. Must've been donated by a very large student... the shirt almost reached her knees. She drew on a pair of dark blue gym shorts with some difficulty having to put them on sitting and pull them up completely standing up, then sit back down. The ability of full motion was something she nearly always took for granted... most people do. Without that freedom or comfort, she felt frustrated and helpless...
Rivera reconnected to the wheelchair and left the room, wheeling herself down the hall, trying to find someplace where she could get something to eat. She hadn't eaten for five days and the star test really wore her out. She also had to sign out and see if she could rent the chair. She'd be needing it for at least a few more days... days she would like to spend away from the hospital and its overwhelming distortion waves. Her mind was still disoriented, so once in a while, it would command the wheelchair incorrectly, and she ended up running into walls. Rivera finally stopped to take a rest when she ran into a corner for the sixth time. She still hadn't really gotten anywhere yet... maybe she should just stay put in the hospital. The nurses were all busy. Things are especially busy after a star test...
