Zander fought to keep a grin off of his face. It seemed to him that this boy was no better at being a slave than Zander was a being a buyer. For some odd reason that comforted him. His eyebrow lifted at the mention of fighting. God there was so much that he didn't know about this world. He was slowly learning though, and he supposed that having someone experience in it would help. At the mention of work, he couldn't help wonder of what variety. Yard work, house work? Hmm, he could use a combination cook and maid. Then he could fire the over priced three that he had now. Whatever he needed? Aw hell... What did he need? His internal dilemma washed over his face. Damnit all.

" I see." he remarked. " And your name?" He questioned.

"I am called Kyo, Sir." The raccoon replied quickly, his ears still perked straight up. He hadn't left yet... that was good. Even if he didn't choose him at this point, he would be comforted by the fact that he didn't just run off, completely uninterested. His tail twitched behind him, in more of an intrigued, anxious motion than the worried swish of before. He made sure not to hold the masters gaze for too long at a time (it was disrespectful) but to keep looking at him, and not glancing away like an embarrassed schoolgirl.

"Er...r-really!?" Kyo blinked. His assessment had been completely off. Not only had this man been interested, but he'd actually said he would buy him! His bushy tail stood straight up in the air and his ears swiveled to the front. His blue eyes were wide with surprise, and with gratitude. He leapt up onto his feet with a flourish "Yes sir!" He stood anxiously, fidgeting with excitement. What luck! He hadn't even been in the shop for a day and he had already been relocated. For a moment though, he felt somewhat guilty. Others had been in these cages for longer than he... did they not deserve to be taken to a home more than he? But, it was his masters decision to make, not his own. He watched as his new master went over to the girl he had been concerned about previously. He immediately liked the man. After all, he couldn't be a bad person if he went to check on a sick slave. Kyo smiled, his tail twitching happily. "What luck! What luck!"

"I... I don't know what's wrong," she stuttered reflexively, trying to focus on who was speaking to her. 'Liar,' she thought to herself, 'Your being ripping apart from the inside out by voices only you hear.' It felt like the demon was trying to alternately bury itself and hide, and burst out and run. All of which was making her horrible dizzy and it seemed nothing she thought or did got a response from it, so she focused on at least stilling her movements.

The word bought rang in Clouds head over and over again.A frown apeared on her face.She should have guessed he would be bought before her.She knew a lot of slaves would be bought before her, but on his first day!?!?!It's insane, but Kyo's is a lot better then me.I shouldn't be surprised, but I am.Why should it matter anyway.Honestly I really don't care what happens to me.At least if I'm dead I can be with Rikku again.Cloud looks over at Lord Zander.She can tell he is worryed about Jade.My guess is Zander will buy Jade too.

"Yes sir. Cash." Jay said smiling. He looked down at the cash. "Thank you sir. When you are ready you may collect you're slaves." Jay said smiling and collected the cash and took back the paperwork. "Take as long as you like." He said smiling and bowed his head.
