Imperius clucked.

"So much talk yet none of it's productive, now is it?" Imperius sneered.

"Neb, I will get the crystals from you whether you hand them over now or I take them from your dead body. It doesn't matter how I get them, I want to know what exactly I will get from them."

"You will find yourself severely disappointed then, Senator. You have no clue where the crystals are, or the Kapella for that matter. And as to what they do, you are about as knowing as I am. For I cannot complete the reasearch on what they are about until the artifact is fully assembled. But as you have nothing to offer, I see no reason to waste my time here, and continue my search." Neb stated, turning around and heading for the door. He stopped in the middle of it, before responding, "Oh, and one more thing, the one thing I do know, is that the shards demand the price of death. For you must be willing to pay death to recieve it."

"So you do want to fight after all. How predictable," Neb muttered under his breath. Slowly, he undid the hidden pouch, the one which always carried his backup saber.

"It seems you finally get serious, Feron," Neb responded, turning around, revealing both hands empty "Too bad its against an unarmed man. But then again, a mind is a weapon none of us can be disarmed of."

"Tell me Feron. When has the Darkside replaced agression with idiocy? You are so blinded by the fact that you could not see it. The holocron, which I gave to your apprentice to give to you, I hear is destroyed. The shards, which I begged Cale to be sold to me, have been wasted. And most of all, you hold a dagger to my neck. Tell me, Feron, how does it feel to know fear? The fear that you cannot win? You are so blind in your attack, you fail to realize your opponent. You kill me, you make the same mistake as your supposed 'master'. Vader killed Kenobi, and paid for it with his life. Are you so foolish as to make such a mistake with me?"

All this was wasted breath, as Neb continued on. "Kill me, but before you do, look down. Next time, when you fight, you will sing soprano!"

All this talk and the proximity of the senator had given the skills of the pickpocket of Neb the time and sublty to take the senator's own saber from his belt. A proud feat, but nothing to muse on yet.

"You may destroy me, but not before your innards have been spilled. And with my other hand free, a force attack is useless. I suggest you back off, and we shall conduct this as it was meant to be played out."

Neb was about to evade the attacks, but to his right, he was blocked, and to his left, Angel stood. If he stayed still, the dagger would hit, and if he sprinted, Angel would catch some blast. It sucks to be a good guy.

"This will hur-" Neb said, stepping to the left, in front of angel, dropping the saber, and watching the dagger fly past his head. While he could absorb lightning, his speed was off, as the evasion had left him open. The result was quite painful, as thousands of volts coursed through his body, and then erupted through his cloak, interwoven with metal to resist blasterfire. The result was much stronger than he had hoped for.

He dropped to his knees, and then to the ground, but managed to concentrate just enough to make a force push in Imperius's direction.

Ali'anna nodded. She knew how he felt- she felt that herself, to some degree. However, Imperial troops of any kind made her uneasy. She didn't exactly have rosy past relations with them. "In any case, the sooner we finish with these guys, the better. You still need to drop me off on some backwater planet, remember.."

In devoting his resources to the Force Lightning, retrieving his dagger and trying to force his saber out of his foe's hand, the Force Push completely caught him off guard, and Imperius found himself pressed back against a wall.

"Angel, give me a lightsaber," he called, as he got back on his feet amd flipped through the air to deliver a kick to Neb's back.
