Well it is kinda hard to have an opinion on the matter when you are physically incapable of having an opinion, eh? wink

I see the light.

I say we make child neglect legal too.

Because you're only allowed to have life if you know what life is.

"Here little baby, lets see how far you can crawl into this 1000 degree oven!"

And then if you lived to be our age you could get t-shirts that said "Now that I'm safe I'm Pro-Neglect." to make fun of people who were pro-neglect and they'd be all "Well it is kinda hard to have an opinion on the matter when you are physically incapable of having an opinion, eh?"
Poor analogy aside (since infants are able to feel neglect), there's no need to get bent out of shape... I was being facetious, hence the winky face. If I had known people would have taken it as a serious rebuttal I wouldn't have said it u.u; My appologies for stirring things up, it was not my intention sweatdrop

You never said anything about pain. Besides there are ways to do it, drugs you can use so they don't feel pain.

Of course people are going to take it seriously. You're a pro-choicer in our guild making comments that I've heard used many a time by other pro-choicers.

I've been in blue for myself for a while

Now, what's the point in vampire movies having a vampire having sex with a mortal? I mean which ever sex the vampire is, they aren't going to orgasm.

Plus, it kinda kills the whole sex is for reproduction thing (yes, I know that it's in movies and this is a joke).

Who says?

And besides, sex was a big part of the legends. I think they might have started as sort of a warning, not to let strange men into your bed.

But vampires, like, seduce men and women and then take their blood when their victim is in the passion of the moment and so is most vulnerable.

Anyways, who says they can't orgasm? whee I've actually read some stories where vampires are supposed to be particularly interesting for sex, because they can regulate their blood flow and "keep it up" for as long as they like.

As for reproduction, probably not, but it all depends on who you are reading. Because vampires aren't exactly dead, just undead. They still function, in many stories, similar to human beings in many ways; They can eat and drink, though they might not need to, they sleep, etc.

What I heard was that "the first" vampire and his decendants could reproduce, but the vampires that they sired couldn't.

Almost every culture has/had there own vertion of what we woudl call a vampire, a being that sucks a form of life form its victums for sustinance. Every type is diffrent. Some are quite beautiful creatures, others are horrificly ugly. SOme mearly drink blood, other rip their prey limb from limb.

Thats really all I know.

Someone PMed me seeming to think I view pregnancy as a punishment for sex. xd Sorry, it seemed funny, do I really come off like that? Because premarital sex isn't really something I crusade against, nor is it something I wish to take away from people, and pregnancy is hardly a punishment. Otherwise I'd be okay with rape abortions, wouldn't I? I give up. I think I'll turn into a prude just to prove people right. Or turn into a slut just to prove them wrong, but that sounds kinda dangerous. Hmm. On second thought, I'll just stay me, it's easier.

People look at unwanted children as a money sink... really, look how narrow-minded and selfish our society has become.

Y'know children reap benefits too. Or perhaps the images of all those hysterically crying mothers who's children died in the war doesn't phase anyone.

I'm not quite sure I understood what you said because my head is fuzzy, but it's probably a good point. razz

I think kp's basic idea was:
Women who abort because of finaces are selfish. The child gets benefits from being alive. And some people love their children (like women whose child dies in war) which is being ignored.

Right?

Women who abort due to finances aren't selfish. The selfish people are the ones who made it so that she felt she had to abort even though she didn't want to. There's no second option for her. If more schools did what D's school does, girls would be able to keep their children AND continue school. If finance is the only thing that keeps some women from giving birth, if they otherwise want children, it's society's failure because we don't take care of our own. We just say, "Take the way out that's easiest on us, even if it's emotionally hard on you."
