He smiled, warmly, turning his hand palm-up to run his fingers along the underside of Jak's palm.
"I'm glad. They're old enough to take care of themselves. And if nothing else, Po will be here to take care of them. But I think they could handle it."

His thumb stroking the other's wrist lightly, Jak nodded.
"They'll be fine. Po will see to that."
Downing the last of his coffee, he stood up, his hand still gripping the other.
"Drink your coffee love. I'll go get my gear put away."

He stood up as Jak did, standing on his toes to cup his cheek. His kissed him gently as he passed, smiling softly.
"If you trust him, I trust him. And it only makes it better that Canti trusts him. Go on, I'll be up in a while."

Jak smiled warmly, returning his kiss.
"I trust him with my Akki, he'll do no less for your sisters."
Releasing his hand, Jak moved to the sink, rinsing his cup and placing it in the dishwasher before heading upstairs to unpack.

Slipping the last of his clothes into an open drawer, Jak shut it then dropped down beside Suru on the bed.
"Your ideas are all brilliant," he grinned. "I particularly enjoyed some of the ones you had here earlier."

He grinned, rolling onto his side to face Jak, tilting his head gently.
"I am going to throw Akki and Kalan an engagement party. You can help if you'd like, but I'd really like it to be mostly from me."
He smiled gently, draping an arm around Jak's waist.
"I've never been as close to Akki as I have with Po. And I'd like her to know that I care about her just as much as I do my own sisters, just like Po."

Jak smiled warmly, clearly pleased at the suggestion.
"Thats a wonderful idea. I'm sure Akki will love it, she is fond of you."
Leaning close, he kissed him tenderly.
"She knows you care angel. She just hasnt spent as much time with you as Po has."

He kissed him back, tenderly, sighing.
"I want to invite the entire Underground. I want everyone to see our family, and how beautiful the girls are, and how handsome you and Po are."
He smiled broadly, eyes flicking up and meeting Jak's.
"Especially her."

Suru smiled, softly, tilting his head.
"We'll make it known that this is a party to celebrate Akki and Kalan. She'll have enough common sense to know we'll be there. If she comes, she comes. I don't care enough about her for her to hurt me anymore."
Logic sunk in, and he suddenly took on a worried look.
"Oh ... but JAk, I'm sorry. If you don't want her there, it's no problem. I didn't think."

Jak relaxed, brushing the worried look from Suru's face with a kiss.
"If you're okay with her being there you should invite her. She and Akki were friends. She cant hurt me, but having to avoid her would hurt Akki."
He slipped a hand into his, squeezing lightly. "Where would you like to have the party?"
