Hayate rubbed his arm wishing that Alpha would try not to hit so hard next time he did that "Doesn't the clan have a few limits on how much of that stuff they can drink? Drunken angels aren't exactly a good image after all" he rolled his eye while he sat down in one of the unoccupied arm chairs next to the fire. "Should let your sentimental side out more Alpha even if you were sort of cheating by street performing with tricks like fire eating no doubt"

Hebal grinned and nodded her head "Well I'm glad you also like the clothes you are wearing. Nothing is worse than being in a party feeling silly from wearing funny clothes. I used to feel that all the time when my mother kept trying to make me fit in more with the rest of the viera. But enough about that... want some orange juice while I'm using it. Smells nicer than what Alpha is having" she added pouring herself a glass.

Alpha paused sitting down in one of the spare chairs "Suit yourselves, just means more for me." he answered snickering to himself at the thought of a drunk angel attempting to fly. I also don't see it as cheating for I never told them I wasn't a fire demon when I did it, they just assumed when watching that I was just some old an trained in fire eating."

Amane smiled quickening her pace to keep up with Zadina's "Okay the keep on leading the way my lord hehe. Sounds silly you had all that beauty treatment since its not like you really need it. Though some kids who aret nobles I warn you can be just as grumpy"

Jeckhart nodded "I'm aware we might be visiting the desert, I will suffice with what I have thank you" he said "Though yes I'd quite like some if that's alright Hebal" he asked looking around the rest of the room. "It's unusual to have so much luxury, moreso to think some people have this regularly don't you think?" he asked reaching out to stroke the bed curtains.

Zadina blushed "You don't have to call me "my lord" it's nice being able to be just a child with you, there's no other children travelling with the group so it's a little lonely at times" he said skidding to a halt to reaffirm his bearings "It's been a long time since I've been around the castle but I still know it pretty well" he said redirecting them down another route "I hope you've not had that many other grumpy kids bothering you" he said.

Hayate ,paused "Well I think that was part experience an part needing a sharp wake up from having lived in a bubble her whole life. While adventurous and able to travel around a little I would say her biggest problem would have been socialising with people who come from other places than Yithra. If you think it feels weird being a guest in all the luxury imagine what it would be like for the people who have to work in. Surrounded by it all the time but never get the experience of it. It's not so bad here but the Mineerin nobility manage to take the words flashy and eccentric to a whole new extreme" he added with a shudder.

Amane gave Zadina a small clap "well your older brother probably had more memories of the palace to begin with anyway and you did a fine job since we got here in good time" she praised him examining the room. "So umm what exactly do we do now? Seems pretty quiet for having so many guests. Would be a great place for them to relax"

Alpha scratched his chin in thought "I can believe that. I've had a few run ins with Mineerin elves over the years and I must say they are a lot more flamboyant in their clothing styles than you people are here. Every other outfit was a rainbow. They were all nice and valued their history sure but they did seem to have some weird customs"

Hebal groaned "Hey I think it sounds wonderful If they are all wearing pretty rainbow clothes. I've been to Mineerin once but never to see the elves. They were all pretty friendly even if they spoke funny in ye ole tounge as they would sometimes called it. Made it hard to understand at times" she recalled

Jeckhart sipped his juice "The Mineerins are predominantly human I believe but elven and human relations there are admirable there." he said shuffling slightly on the bed "If things had went terribly for Felina and Oassu here they could probably have ran away and been considered royalty in Mineerin since they don't have a problem with elves and humans marrying," he pondered.

Zadina shook his head "Well a number of guests will probably accept private treatments in their room but this is a reception area for it as is they treat people in those other room at the back there" he said pointing to some doors heading off to the side behind the mahogany desk "But come along now" he said stepping up to the desk where a pretty young elf waited behind it

"Oh Lord Zadina! It's a pleasure to see you here." she said bouncing perkily "Are you and your guest here for treatment?" she said leaning over the desk.

Zadina nodded "Yes please, just whatever you think appropriate for the ball later if that's ok" he answered

The elf looked over at Amane tilting her head examining her and smiling "Your guest is a very cute little Viera, I'm sure you'll look beautiful after a little fur fluffing and grooming Miss" she said enthusiastically before summoning a couple of other elf beauticians from the side rooms "May we get you any drinks before you go in or any snacks?" she asked while she filled out a form before handing it to Zadina to sign.

Zadina nodded "I'd just like some apple juice please" he said filling out his part of the form and signing it "Would you like anything Amane?" he asked.

Hayate pushed his chair back just in time to avoid the sudden burst of flames that sported out the fireplace before settling down again. "I bet you like the snow elves. Just as outspoken as you are and plenty more taverns than the rest of us. The elves of the desert are ok with human relationships too or with anything that is relatively species compatible for that matter. Oassu and Felina would more be treat as hostages than nobles if they tried to go living with half of them though"
