^ People throw eggs before Halloween actually. =o
<> Plus, back then, Halloween was just a big festival and parade and usually the kids would vandalize property because the festival was so intense. That's why it's an old custom to give kids treats so they won't do any tricks. That was few centuries ago when the Celts first came up with the tradition.(Learned it in school today.)
