I think wireless cameras would be cheaper and easier than setting up a bluetooth webcam using your mobile phone.
Your phone has to use symbian (I think!), it'll have to be within 10m of the computer which has to have a bluetooth dongle and it's not mucho reliable!
Something funny you should try if you've got a camera;
Go into the bathroom, hold it in the top corner of the room recording what seems to be the empty bathroom... for about 5mins. Go downstairs and hook it up to your TV, now, when someone goes to the bathroom start playing it. They'll come back and see what they'll think is a live video feed coming from the bathroom, a few giggles and "omg"s will truely embarrass them.
It's even better if you have a group of friends over, they'll make it so much more embarassing for him/her wink
Perrrrrrrrrrhaps that's just guy humour, i dunno rolleyes
