((That's an extream strech. It wasn't put in prviously, nor was it hinted at. There was ne attempt to bomb his car. If there was a bomb, it would of gone off as soon as he turned on the car.
And that's even if you're accepting the fact that you have god bullets that nboiunce off surfaces the way you want them to anyways.
Also no one would bomb Vincent because he's made no move against the mob. AND no one knows what he drives. He's more of a secret agent.
So no. You can't justify the car explotion or the bullet pinpointing))

((No, it all depends on how the bomb is rigged. It doesn't HAVE to go off when the car is turned on. It could be a time bomb. And secret agents always have enemies- are you kidding? It doesn't have to be hinted at from before- this is an rp. We're allowed to make s**t up as we go along if it's plausible and can actually happen within the boundaries of the rp.
And no, it's not godmodding. Ricocheting bullets off surfaces is actually possible when the bullet is reflected off a hard surface [most of the time metal] at a specific angle [not straight on, because there is no ******** angle there]. Sami/Juliana has been training with guns her entire life. She knows how to do it.
Oh. Hm. I think I just justified both. Sorry. :] ))

Bullets can ricoche but it's so random weather or not it will actually go where you want it to no one does that! It doesn't matter how much time you traine, ricocheting billets is never an exact thing!
Also, WHY WOULDN'T SOMEONE WANT THE CAR TO BLOW UP WHEN THE OCCUPANT TURNS IT ON!?! It's idiotic for someone to put a timed bomb in a car instead of a wired one. He could of drove down to the bloody coffee shop and gotten out before the bomb went off.
If you're planning on killing a guy with a bomb, you want to take out variables. So that's why they're put at the ignition.
And let me repeat, there was no previous reference to a bomb! He was off the grid and on one (including you) made an indication of putting a bomb in the car))

((Ever shine light off a mirror? The light reflects at an angle opposite of the angle that the light is shining from. Depending on where the bullet strikes the surface [again, can't be dead-on. Has to be at an angle because it can't bounce directly backwards], it will ricochet off at the opposite angle that it hit because the momentum will send it flying that direction. It's not random- it's science. It's only random when you don't know how to do it.
Maybe they're not out to kill Vincent. There's tons of other targets they can be aiming for. The car itself, what's in the car [what, not who], the people that might be hanging around outside the car, etc. It's a type of scare tactic. Blow up the car when the person's not inside, and they'd be so paranoid and scared shitless they can't operate. And if they get blown up so much the better. It's a win-win situation when killing isn't the exact goal, but just a bonus.
Would you like me to reference the bomb? That can happen. Some idiot pyro on a cocaine-kick could easily rig Vincent's car just for the ******** of rigging something.))

It's bullshit godmoding that comes out of freaking nowhere because you don't feel like editing a post that makes you feel like your character is a bad a**.
And no, it's not f*****g science. The likelyhood that you will be able to pinpoint shots is a million to one. I'm sure if you took a half hour and didn't have s**t going around, maybe you could in twenty shots or more. But right now, there's a shoot out, the Manhole (or what ever you shot the bullet at) isn't a smooth surface further scewering the likelyhood of a perfect shot, and chaos going around.
And the random terror thing...
IS BULLSHIT!!!!!!!!! And you can't put that in! You can't put in *Vincent's car exploded because two coked out a*****e put a bomb in his car and it's only mentioned after the fact*))

Sami can't do anything because she's up on the ******** roof, and she can't do anything without making it seem like an accident because she's trying to be a cop. And if you hadn't noticed, this rp wasn't exactly going anywhere before Lolly and I posted. Instead of getting up on my a** trying to call bullshit for something that can actually happen because you don't like it and you don't think that it's possible [which it is] how about you get off your creative a** and try to get this going yourself, because we're going to be at this shoot-out ******** if something isn't done to end it, and I don't see you helping out AT ALL.
Your characters aren't being threatened, there is no threat to your characters' lives by the explosion, Lolly saved your ******** characters, and I am offering you a way out of a stand-still where nobody's characters are doing s**t. The fact that you're making a big deal about something random that can happen [that can indeed actually happen, and I'm offering to make it happen with a viable explanation and scientific reasoning] that's happening to get the story going is astounding.
Fine. Let the rp die for like, six weeks. No skin off my back.))

And your 'scientific reasoning' is guess work and probably crap you got off of wikipidia if you even did research on it.
But the components needed to pull this off is too seperate.
1) Sami need to make a far shot while she's on a roof
2) She need to bounce a bullet off a engraved manhole that would gratly affect direction of the shot.
3) The bullet needs to hit the gastank of the car and not hit anuy other part of the car
4) The car explodes because non-mentioned drug addicts put a bomb in there and a indisclosed time.
5) she pulls a shot off like this with numerous distractions, stray gun fire, and other things that would affct the bullets tragectory.
That's alot to buy!))

5. And LOL. You know what's even harder to buy? The fact that you're suggesting that a stray bullet could hit Sami's bullet MIDAIR at OVER A HUNDRED MILES AN HOUR and just knock it off course. Now you're talking nonsense. That is about one in a trillion chance of happening.))
