It just keeps crashing over and over... I don't really play any games, I just go on here, youtube, deviantart, and sometimes meez. My brother goes on additinggames, and I dont know where my parents go to.. (we all share the same computer)

Ahem....well, you might have a bunch of viruses on your computer...do you have anything like Norton (virus protection software) or something?

I think we used to have Norton, but we got Mcafee. We keep running virus scans, but they don't find anything. The Best Buy people didn't find anything either. The only thing we really can do is keep trying after it crashes or set the updates back a few days.
