Just talked with her last night. She's in the hospital recovering from a severe infection. From what I remember and what the doctors told her, her water was breaking slowly over 3 days and it caused the infection to start. She had to have her baby then, and while hey had her open they had to remove her gall bladder at the same time. It's taking a while, but they're slowly getting rid of the infection that her body still has. She has no idea when she be let out of the hospital though.

Well, some more new about her. She has to go back in for surgery tomorrow. The infection she has is being stubborn and she isn't able to keep anything down, so they are physically going to remove it. I don't know when she'll be able to talk with us next about how it went.

Aw man, I hope it's not the superbug infection I keep hearing about on the news...I really hope it isn't that.

That's why they're using surgery to remove it.

From what I've heard she's doing all right, but is on a liquid diet for right now. Her parents have also gotten a hold of her and are mending things with her.
And I have some bad news on my part. I might go missing for a couple of days because my grandfather is sick with lung cancer and is expected bye his doctors to die very soon.

Yeesh, good and bad news today.
I'm glad Jarem's okay and hope she makes a quick recovery.
And I'm really sorry about your grandfather. It would be the best to go see him before he passes on. sad

Talked with Jarem today and she's doing better. The hospital has her walking around a bit, so her recovery should start going faster now and she'll get to see her little girl soon.
A sad note for me, my grandfather passed away Sunday. He was doing fine when my grandmother and aunt visited him earlier that day, but they were called back in the late afternoon and told to come back because he was going quick. I most likely won't be on at all on Friday, that's when his burial service is.

Sorry about to hear about your grandfather, I didn't expect at all for him to pass away that quickly.
And I'm surprised that Jarem is doing a lot better.

She has the incentive of getting to be with her little girl to get her to get better so quickly. I'll call her today and see how she's doing.

Hey guys. The seasonal allergies have hit Maine pretty hard and I got it. Don't worry about me, I'm recovering from the pollen attack.
On May 7th, I'll be heading off to Pennslyvinna(sic) to visit my sister for the week.
