Personally, how fond are you of the binding? That's more the Nara clan's trait. If nothing else, maybe try something like:
Hyuuga Style: Stunning Paralysis Jutsu
Using this technique, the user sends out a steady pulse of chakra from his feet through the ground, to rush at his opponent. The chakra moves quickly, and when it reaches the opponent's feet, it explodes in a sphere of chakra that momentarily stuns the opponent's entire body. The length of stunning is based on their chakra level in relation to the user of this technique, ranging from near-instant for someone incredibly stronger, up to several turns, if they're incredibly weaker.

Hmm, that would almost have to be a variant on the 64 Palms type of move, with attacking chakra nodes and pressure points in the legs, rather than sending chakra under the ground.
Because if you're doing something similar to when Neji was wrapped up in the spider-guy's webs, he released chakra from each of the nodes of his own body, like the Gentle Fist style with his entire body as a conduit rather than just the hands. If you take into account having to control the chakra after it's left the body, you'd likely have to concentrate fairly heavily on it.

So if you really want to just stop their feet, maybe:

The user's hands glow with chakra, as they dash towards their opponent. Using all the skill and grace of the Gentle Fist, they strike out at each chakra node and pressure point in the opponent's legs, covering all the different points in a handful of seconds. If the hits are successful, the opponent's legs will be unable to function, they will be effectively frozen in place. As the intruding chakra is antithesis the the opponent's own chakra, it decays as the natural chakra forces it out. This process is slower or faster based on the opponent's chakra level in relation to the user of this technique.

Great drainage of the chakra: The user performs some handseals, Taking one post for the jutsu to take effect. The chakra out of anything (Not humans ort such) Can be drains away. Like if the user was being attacked with a water dragon, the attack would drain the chakra from the water dragon making the dragon turn back to plain water.

possibility of use- i'm fine with it not working... it would be fun though, my main focus for it was to use regular attacks within the world.
don't mess with me!-this could be limited with the loss of 1/4 of total points, aswell as no use of this for a week after being used.
destined Entrance- not sure, its basically like a genjutsu that affects the body instead of the mind as it draws the opponent inside the world. once they are in they can not escape by any normal means. the rules of the world are still in effect so there is no outside techs aloud. the draw back would be the user has to wait 3 turns until they can pull them inside, aswell i have to be inside the world and know that my target is inside the village i started to take him/her from.
