*kaiori shakes her head with a grin* these guys ? they'll turn and run the moment they feel the holy aura off these things, I won't need to fire a shot *she closes her eyes and charges them up, the guns hum slightly and a bright light shines out of the end of each* even the bright light scares them *she pulls her sunglasses down to the tip of her nose and looks the boy in the eyes* it's always a waste to kill things so I try not to..but remember sometimes you have to, so don't go trying to be a peace maker when somethings trying to kill you *she laughs lightly and starts walking into the forest*

The boy blinked a few times.Kai was definately a nice person,but she seemed a lot different then his dad had said.Of course,he'd been gifted only with documents his father had written.It wasn't as if his father had placed his soul in the work,only objective statements.At times the boy found it annoying,right now he was just confused.Shrugging he sat on the couch and looked around."Wheee.."

*Pet walks in from the kitchen, his long hair as always is perfectly untangled and loose, he sets a tray of snacks down on the table infront of the boy* eat. *he mutters and sits in his chair, his tail sways from side to side slowly as he picks up a book and starts to read*
*kaiori rustles through the bushes, the guns lighting her way*

"Yes,Sir!"The boy said in a mockingly stern voice as he saluted.A grin crept over his face as he leaned forward to grab something."Just kiddin'" he said before popping whatever it was into his mouth.He didn't take his eyes off pet,or check what he was eating.He just grabbed stuff and put it in his mouth.He seemed almost mesmerized by the tail.

*Pet rolls his eyes* kids... *at first glance most would burst out laughing if they found out Pet had been kai's "nanny" for most of his life, but under all his icy looks and tough scales he was a good guy, Pet looks up at the boy again* if you don't watch what you're sticking in your mouth you'll choke

"It's ok,I chew" The boy mumbled through a mouthful of food as he continued to watch Pet.A little bit later he swallowed the mouthful,then opened his mouth wide."I gut thee" the boy said,with his mouth wide open as he pointed at his two little fangs.

*Pet blinks and chuckles at the child, he opens his own mouth and flashes two rows of large sharp fangs which would only get larger in his dragon form* good for you, now finish up and I'll put the dish in the sink *he goes back to his book*

"Sweet!!!I wish I had those...."The boy sprung to his feet,which wasn't good.Things blurred,as he got very dizzy.He wavered a bit,then fell onto the couch unconcious.

*Than murmurs slightly in a sleep, perhaps dreaming. His cheeks were still bright red and his brething rather erratic. In sleep, he also shivered a bit as his body fought to eliminate the poison. Besides that, his forehead was sweating a bit*

*kaiori gathers a bowl of cold water and a rag, she folds up the rag and dips it in the water, knealing by Than she dabs his forehead with the cool rag as she sings softly*
been a long road to follow
been there and gone tomorrow
without saying goodbye to yesterday
are the memories I hold still valid?
or have the tears deluded them?
maybe this time tomorrow
the rain will cease to follow
and the mist will fade into one more today
something somewhere out there keeps calling
am I going home?
will I hear someone, singing solace to the silent moon?
zero gravity what's it like?
am I alone?
is somebody there beyond these heavy aching feet
still the road keeps on telling me to go on
something is pulling me
I feel the gravity of it all

*The wet rag against his forehead made Than's eye wince a little, but otherwise he was the same. The song didn't change much, but then again it was hard to tell the mental effects of everything right now. Than's high fever would remain for sometime. He would eventually recover, but if Kai discovered the bite she could probably speed his recovery. He instinctively curls up more on the couch*

*kaiori looks him over once, noticing the blood on his ankle she gasps, quickly rushing into the kitchen she finds some wild witch hazel, she grinds it into a power and mixes it in to the cold water, she soaks the rag in it and wraps it around his ankle* there ! now to wait..

*Than winces and grits his teeth lightly when the rag is placed over the bite wound. The ingredients would probably help him in the long run, but it stung rather painfully, as most wounds did when something was applied to them. Soon enough, Than returns to his previous state and remains curled up on his side. Even though his breathing was still off, he did look more comfortable*
