Can you learn techniques not from your village? Like if I'm from Suna and I travel to Konoha would I be able to learn non-clan jutsu from Konoha?

Hmm, feels like cheating, but I believe I shall ask anyways. I've been tucking away all the training posts I've done for quite some time, building up the list to a rather impressive amount. Since none of it has been added to my official lists, can I finalize it today to take advantage of the double-training day? Or should that only be for what I physically type today?

So just the ones that I write from now until whatever point tomorrow? So how should I show that in the training completion form? (I already had about 103 posts on Hedoro, just did 20 now, which would count as 40. So I'll tack the new post onto the list, and say it counts as 4000, with an addendum saying it was from double points day? Ditto for the bonus 1000, right?)

Okay, I think I get it now. One last question, then. If I remember right, when bonus points are awarded like the 1000, can we claim them on each of our characters? Or was it just one?

I have a question could we use the double points like five post for a 1000 point technique and just get 1000 point instead of 10 post for a 1000 point technique and getting 2000 points
