"My wrath is scarier," Angel said sweetly. "Oh. Vampire milk." She pointed at her breasts, which were visibly growing, preparing for the child. It was actually a mixture of milk and nutrients vampires need at birth to three months, at which point the little dhampir would grow fangs and start nibbling on animals.

Mala gave a sigh of relief. "Excellent. I don't actually think I would help the situation any if that were the case." she said, grinning impishly. Before long, they arrived in front of an Adventurers R Us. Mala looked up at the sign. "Damn, that's convenient."

"I guess if we need to stock up on anything else, now's our chance." Van said as he looked up at the sign as well. "I wonder if they know their 'R' is backwards...."
"Hormonal vampire...Overbearing sister that knows how to throw fireballs....You two might be tied." Riley said, hoping he didn't inadvertently piss Angel off again.

Angel giggled, then kissed him. "No, silly, I win that contest. I have lots of kinda of wrath, and I can sniff you out. Lala can't. So my wrath's scarier. But you won't ever have to worry about that, 'cause you're my baby's daddy and I love you lots!" She gave him a big smile.

Ceri looked at Alek. She said, "I hope you get in touch with her soon..." She finished braiding her hair and yawned. "I'm going to go downstairs. I want to try and find a map, so I know where we're going." She then proceeded with her plan, leaving Alek alone.

Mala nodded. "I think so. It might be to appeal to the younger, less intelligent adventurers." she guessed before heading on in. She looked for a map, before long she found a whole section of them. She looked for the most efficient - which happened to be a map that tracked your position in the world by linking to your magical energy. "Well this one seems to be the most useful." she muttured. It was also the most expensive. Mala's mind began to wander to less appropriate matters - making her wonder if they had an alternate-dimension home section - for the elder mages who were by far annoyed with all of the towers other mages seemed to enjoy.

"This might also be a good chance for you to pick up some less revealing clothes." Van suggested as he randomly perused the shelves while he let Mala shop.
"I just don't get it. You keep saying 'I love you' when we only met a few days ago." Riley said, unsure about jumping in any deeper than he'd already gotten.

Alek shrugged and followed Ceri silently. He was good at being silent.
Angel shrugged. "If I don't hate you, I love you! Simple, like that." She gave a happy smile. "Now, you should go find Lala and Van and tell them to get..." She dug around in her bag and produced a pen and paper, then wrote a list of things down, which included Very, VERY Strong Rope, Chains Of The Best Quality, and a crapload of whatever they could find that reduced pain, among other things which were used for restraining and sedation. "You'll need all those things for the birthing."

Ceri met up with her brother downstairs. HE had a map, and opened it across the table. Micheal looked at him. "Go get the horny vampire and her sex slave, please."

"I'll be sure to. I'm also going to look into a small alternate-dimensional home, like those more powerful mages have. That way, we might be able save money on inns should we be able to. That plus, it might be helpful for Riley and his baby to have a more stable enviornment on this little adventure." Mala warned him. If Van knew anything about alternate-dimensional homes, he'd know that they were a hell of alot expensive and might possibly eat up much of Mala's funds - leaving them to have to be more conservative with their money from now on.

"Oh man, I'm not going to enjoy tomorrow at all...." Riley said with a groan when he saw the list. "I'll be back later then. You...wait here and take it easy." he said, knowing rest was always best for a pregnant woman. That was about it though. He wandered town for a bit, finding the rather obvious shop that had to be where Mala and Van were, as he too knew of their map-less predicament. "Good, you're still here. Angel wanted you to get some things for her...." he said handing Mala the list. "...since she's apparently going to be giving birth tomorrow...."
"Wow. Have fun with that." Van said, eyes a little wide in surprise at the shopping list as he read it over Mala's shoulder.

Mala looked over the list, guessing the cost for each. "By the time I leave here, I'll not have much money on my person - if any at all. We'll have to start working more if we're planning on eating food we didn't hunt ourselves." she warned, frowning slightly.

Asplosionator "Oh." She smiled. "So, that's where you went. Well, um, basically, there was this massive war. All the time-traveling species, including the Daleks. I just packed up and left as fast as I could... never been one for fighting. We were really becoming bastards, last I heard." Librarian gave a tiny shrug. "And I know what you mean... I've looked into the Untempered Schism and this world is still frightening to me!"
"Mm." She nuzzled his neck and kissed it, then yawned. "I'm kinda hungry. I think I'll go look for feeders..." She let out a soft groan as she got up and got a dress on.
