Then I might want to not send the PM.
You character uses Ice Control (Don't know the other name for it) a sub-type of Aquakinesis (Water control). Which requires massive amounts of energy due to the constant management required to keep the Ice from melting and controlled.
It's not your mind that's in the Ice, but the energy you are controlling with your mind that's in it, and as long as you control the greater amount of energy, no one can stop your control.
But there's a limit to the human body. Even one as strong as your three characters. If they lost control of their powers it would kill them.
Or at least that's the basic explanation of how those powers would work in real life.
I was going to send you a detailed explanation of how that power would work, and why it would fail in the end.
Of course I'm going by how it would work in the real world, which is how I have it in my story. None of my characters have powers I can't explain how they work using real laws of physics.
Any human could have Kinetic powers if the body could handle it. The only problem is the body would tear itself apart with so much energy running through it.

It's Hydrokinesis not Aquakinesis! Hydro means water as well...there is a kind of pattern... Pyrokinesis, Cyrokinesis, Electrokinesis, Aerokinesis, Gyrokinesis,

Yeah. I dont go by too many real world things when it comes to stuff that involves having powers because then everything can become underpowered one way or another. Making it pretty pointless to have any powers.
And when it comes to the energy thing, in order to prevent the body from destroying itself, it is actually controlled by like a flood gate type system that is controlled by the elemental. The elemental is what is in the ice itself preventing further control over it. Its not a telekinesis branch power, its its own thing. They are borrowing in a fashion, the powers of their elemental.
Read the match. Nuo's elemental is revealed. Im going to reveal Zach's elemental. Sakura's elemental is begining to weaken due to age which is why her powers are begining to wane.

Yeah... the name for the psionic ability that deals with darkness and shadow manipulation is called Umbrakinesis. Umbra means Darkness in Latin (I think... but still that is what it is called). The light version of that is called Photokinesis. Photo means light in Latin or Greek. Geokinesis has to do with manipulating minerals in the earth. ^_^

How is that lucky. That just goes to show you how much stuff people throw at me when im on the job. Sometimes the stuff hurts, EX: A freaking high heel!!!

I was talking to sigma when i said that.
And the reason i got a high heel thrown at me is . . . well . . .
I pulled over a lady because she was going 102 in a 70 mph zone.
She was drunk and swore that she wasnt speeding.
She finally got mad enough at me that she threw her high heel at me
I then laughed as I told her all that did was increase the size of the ticket.
That got her other high heel thrown at me.
She never did come back for them so they are still in the box.
