AHAH YESH A-Tsai has a curl- the really pretty one like his mom too~ Here's a picture: A-Tsai's mom- the old Taiwan
His curl is just like that, just it's a bit shorter- the same length as his longest strand of hair. (up to neck). She's the one in the middle- with the PRETTY PINK~ Or peach?
Oh and... Northern city? Taiwan's CAPITAL, Taipei is nearly as north as one can get XD Hahaha this means his curl will be VERY sensitive buahahahahha~ It shall be rather flexible though, since it's so long, so he'll probably play with it often... just dun yank it or.. 8D fufufufu~

OOOH Disgaea~ So hard! I'm only on part 2 of the tutorial... but I've already gathered that you can... buy weapons anytime, they'll change, and they have many of the SAME weapon, just DIFFERENT STAT BOOSTS. Also, when you're hurt, you have to actually go heal at the hospital, and it costs money! Just you EARN PRIZES the more blood you lose >_>. Also, in battle, you can throw people. Humanoids only though- they can toss anything- including the enemy. Toss an enemy onto another one, and the receiving enemy LEVELS UP (learned that the hard way) you can also toss your partner towards the enemy. Oh and don't toss your cute penguin buddies or they'll self destruct. All that in just the second part of the tutorial *is drowning in info*

A-Tsai plays with his own curl sometimes o___O he gets this light blush when he gently plays with it though... but if Spain licks it, YEP he'll definately start quivering. Then if you YANK IT ahahahaahhahaa Poor A-Tsai. OMG. I should give him a bloody nose if you yank it TOO HARD.
