A man came into view. Jade wanted to know who he was, but at that moment her demon went nuts. It's growls echoed through her head, making it throb as if under pressure. The collar kept her from changing or lashing out but her eyes glowed red and the growls and protests grew louder, forcing her to release the bars and grab the side of her head.

 Kyo glanced over at the girl who wasn't talking to him. She seemed... distressed? He frowned, a bit worried for the girl, when he heard footsteps too close by. He looked straight up again, to see the fellow who had walked in observing himself and the odd girl. He blinked at him for a moment or two, before his ears flattened in embarrassment and he blushed, smiling awkwardly. He wasn't sure how to act. He'd never been sold off but once before, and that was at an auction. Now, put on display like an animal, he wasn't sure what to do. His tail swished in distress behind him. He hoped that this man would pick either himself or the odd girl, for the same reason... he didn't want to talk to her anymore. But he rather liked the idea of not being on sale anymore....

Zander felt his attention being pulled to another girl, whose grip on the bar of her cage seemed to tighten and then released to grip her head. His brows furrowed as he wondered what was wrong with her. As he was about to walk further toward her, he picked up movement out of his peripheral vision and glanced back at the curious boy in one of the cages he'd stopped infront of. He'd just now noticed that he had ears and a tail. Further inspection deemed it that of a raccoon. Certainly he'd seen everything now. Zander's head tilted and he gazed at him curiously, a small smile perky up the side of his lips. He slowly knelt.
" Hello. How are you?" He questioned, his infernal formality still in place.

Treading love and living lust  Khellan straightened her back as the Lord approached. She studied the male slave out of the corner of her eye. He seemed concerned for her, why? She was perfectly fine. She had listened to his conversation with the other slave and she had felt his lack of comfort and annoyance with the girl. A soft smile spread across her face but she quickly vanquished it.
The Lord felt unsure of what he wanted and that puzzled her as well. In all her life, she had only come in contact with Masters who knew exactly what they wanted and how they wanted, this one was indecisive. She smoothed out her dress, refusing to look up. If the Master wanted to buy her then he would, if he did not then she would stay in the cage her so her trying to make an effort would be wasted and pointless.
{ooc: But this is a literate guild, so I can see where she is coming from}

Kyo blinked, his ears shooting up in surprise. For a moment there, he had been very sad... the man had started off towards another slave (the girl he had been concerned about). It had been expected, but disappointing nontheless. But now the man turned back to him, spoke to him. For a very long moment, Kyo wasn't sure exactly what to do. He shifted uncomfortably where he sat on his knees. His ears folded back again.
"Ermm..." Kyo wiggled under the mans gaze, trying to find the words "I'm... well enough, sir?" It came out as more of a question than anything. He didn't know how to speak to any mastr aside from his late lord.

Zander's brow furrowed together again. The boy was surprised. Why did he seem surprised? Was Zander doing something wrong? He felt his warring emotions play across his face and sigh. Nodding as if his answer was to be expected, the stopping abruptly as if he'd just caught it's full meaning.
" Well enough for what?" He asked more to himself, though the question was posed aloud.
[Pixie you posted! XD I'll get to you in a sec. And I agree, it does say that it is a literate rp. Though it's cruel to be overly mean, if one can't keep up then one should not join. I'm not picking side either, I'm just stating fact. Or rather my opinion I suppose.]

The man had seamed to be coming her way then stopped before another cage. Hoping to releave her distress she backed into a corner and sat down. Turning her thoughts inward, she tried to calm the beast before her mind split it two. The light faded from her eyes, and only her lips moved in a silent argument. [[I can def. understand the need. Another rp-er is one lining me to death in another thread]]

"Ah..." he frowned. By the sound of it, he'd made a wrong move. That placent sigh told him enough. He wasn't what he was looking for, it seemed.... Still, this man was of a higher rank, and so he was obliged to answer.
"Well, anything, I suppose, sir." he answered boldly "Fighting, work.... anything at all." He wanted to sound useful. He'd decided he was uncomfortable with being displayed like this. "Whatever you need....?" He was faltering. Damn his inexperience! He almost looked down again, but caught himself and kept his gaze up. One couldn't appear weak. Or... was he supposed to appear obedient? He was so very confused.

Cloud new she was not wanted.she slowy got up and went to one of the conners in the back of her cage.Sitting down, bringing her nees to her chest and resting her arms on her nees while laying her head down on her arms.An outcast like always she though to herself.One thing is for sure, nothings changed sence she got here.
