He sighs, trying to relax but finding it difficult with his shoulders so tense, as if he was expecting to have to jump up and save Endymion at any moment. He buries his face back into the pillow, "I was about to...... I was about to give him my godhood.... Even if he was the god and I was the mortal, it would be better than letting him go..... It worked out but... I don't know what I'm going to do without him for nine months.... Maybe I'll just sleep for nine months.... Just curl up and sleep..."

Apollo glances back to Dion and smiles almost sadly. He takes the bottle of wine from Dion's hand and sets it on the table next to the bed before burrowing beneath the covers again. He presses tentatively close to the god who used to be his lover and relishes the warmth. Not caring that he was still in his bathrobe, he curls up and falls asleep.

Apollo blinks, awakening to the excited yells of Adel. He sits up, squinting through the sunshine and yawns, nodding slowly, "Mmmhmmm, sure...." He gets up and, with the robe covering himself, pulls up a pair of pants. He glances over to Dion and cracks a small grin, "Not even the god of wine knows a hang-over cure?"
He looks to Adel and with a small sleepy smile, "Well come now, we're up... Lead us to our visitors."

Apollo, surprised and slightly confused, hugs Athena tight, kissing his sister on the cheek, "Yes, somewhat better, I suppose, but-..." He pulls back enough to place his hand over Athena's belly, "Atty.... How did.... You're.... How did he get so big so quickly?" He runs his hand down Athena's stomach until he felt Endymion's heartbeat beneath. He smiles, his face warming.

Apollo's eyes widen and suddenly, he's hugging Athena tighter than ever, his voice joyous by raspy with near-tears of joy, "Atty! That's wonderful!! That soon?? God above, thank you! Thank you so much!!!" He laughs at his own behavior, the way he had been depressed about not seeing his Dymion. He rubs Athena's stomach with a warm smile, "Of course... I'll tell him to slow down a little. We can sacrifice a couple more days if it means that you will be ok, 'Thena... And believe me, after he is born, I'll send you to a spa for a month to help you recover, whatever it is you want.... I don't know how to thank you for how much this means to me..."
He leads his sister back to the table and has he sit down again, pulling up a chair beside her. He sits and reaches over, touching her belly gently. He concentrates for a moment, finding it harder than usual to find Endymion's mind, but he was there all the same, "Lover.... Endymion, my love, can you hear me?... I'm here with you... You probably know that you are in Athena, but love, you must slow down a bit... I'm as anxious to see you again as you are, but Athena's body isn't coping well. Just take it a little slower and allow her to rest some..."

Apollo sighs in happiness, keeping his hand against Athena's belly for a moment before removing it and looking to Adel. He says in a soft voice, "He is, but this is different from when women usually have babies. Endymion is revoering inside her and it looks as if he'll be able to come back much sooner than I had first thought."
He looks to his quickly fading sister with a small smile, "Come on, Athena, let's get you to bed..." He stands up and picks up his sister, chuckling at how much she had gained weight as he carries her into one of the bedrooms and lays her on the large soft bed.

Apollo almost moans at the deep, clear emotion that practically radiated from Athena's womb. He strokes Athena's belly lightly, knowing that she was too deeply asleep to take notice. In a soothing voice, he whispers a prayer both mentally and audibly, "God of Hope, god of my heart... I love you more than the Sun and I will always be your guiding light.... Come back to us soon, love, recover for as much time as you need and return to us whole.... I love you madly.... Thank you for being my Hope."

He stands up, taking his hand away slowly before leaving Athena to sleep in peace. He goes into the dining room, now too excited to eat, but he sits at the table with the rest of them, looking revived.
