Damian, of course, was all for this idea, but not the new one Raquel presented for their romance life.
"I... have to admit, I do not like that idea," he said, feeling a little ashamed. But could he help it that he enjoyed that time with Raquel so much that he didn't want to give it up?
"Though... we could try to not do it... as much. Until we're married." Hopefully meeting in the middle like that might satisfy her, but if Raquel didn't want to do anything, then he would never force her to. This was really all up to her, with or without his input.
The bit about richard and Lorey he could understand, though. He was content with them living their own lives as well.

Raquel furrowed her brow, thinking about it. She sighed, laying down again, not sure how she felt. She said nothing a while longer, sinking back down to wrap her arms around him. She letthe silence take over, Simply letting her thoughts wonder. Her mind was thinking about their situation... about their love life... It wondered until it settled on a rough thought for her/ "Damian..." She said softly, not moving or looking to him. "Are you sure... You want to marry me? I mean... I can't ... I can't give you children. I can't give you an heir, or whatever it is I always hear about... I can't give you a little life to hold and raise... Yea we can adopt but-...It wouldn't be ours..." She furrowed her brow as her eyes watered. She was partially scared of constant sex because of the miscarriages. They weren't fun,physically or emotionally to get through. And all it did was remind her of what seemed could never be.

"Raquel..." Damian had been using the box that Richard had jokingly thrown at them, for both her safety and his. They'd both had many partners, after all, and Damian didn't want to risk getting her pregnant, even if she couldn't physically have the baby. Health was far more important than anything else.
"Raquel..." he said again, placing his hand upon her cheek to try and get her to look at him. "It's alright. We will find something, some solution when the time comes for having a family. But right now, I will continue using Richard's little gifts," he said with a sad little smile. "And we won't worry about babies, or damaging your health. Everything is your choice, Raquel. It's all your choice."

Raquel still couldn't meet her eyes. She merely closed her eyes, blinking away the tears. She kept her eyes shut tightly, gripping him in a tight hug. "It stil hurts..." She confided so softly, Curling up into him Damian. "I wish it would stop..."

"You've no idea how badly I wish every day that I could make everything better. My love..." Damian gathered her up in his arms and sat upright with her, wrapped in blankets to give her warmth and the protection of his grasp. She had comforted him the last night, and so he would be there for her, as always.
"You asked if I was sure I wanted to marry you, though? How could I not? I'd be a fool to let you go."

Raquel needed to feel loved and enveloped. It was just The way her emotions liked to push forward at inconvenient times. "I'm sorry...I know you love me...I love you..." Sh buried herself into him, kissing his collar bone and just inhaling the calming sent of his skin.

"Do not apologize. You have nothing to be sorry for." Well, maybe she did. Things that he didn't know about or didn't want to think her capable of. But Damian would always see her as perfect, either to the dismay of the world around him or to her.
"My darling, we have a music festival tonight! Think of everything we can see. It stretches on for three days, so we have all the time in the world for this."

Raquel wiped at her eyes, nodding slightly. "That does sounds os fun... I've only been to a few street or public festivals. They were fun, but I've always been curious as to what people like you did for 'casual' events." She gave him a smile, trying to say she was ok, and thank you, leaning up to kiss him.

"Casual events? We go in nothing but a t-shirt and eans, feeling naked and out of place." He laughed and kissed her, lad to see some form of a smile upon her face once more. "We will have to look nice casual, though. A section of this is exclusive, and we must show off."
And by show off, Damian meant that he would show her off to the world, and anyone fortunate enough to see the woman he was with would know exactly why they had come.

Raquel smiled a bit wider,, wrapping her arms around his neck. "Sounds like a blast...What time do we have to leave love?" She asked, looking over at the clock.

"It begins at five. So we have a few hours yet. Maybe we could get in some hot tub time to relax?" Relax, he told himself, and nothing more. Raquel's concerns were his, and he had to tame himself before he became so disgusted with himself that he might prolong the engagement.

Raquel looked to him and seemed to like that idea. "Sounds fun... Just let me go grab my swimsuit..." She kissed his cheek, pulling away to get out of bed. "Unless you want to use our underwear again, or jsut go totally nude." She sent him a joking smirk, as she mussed with her hair lazily.

"No, no, I'll get my trunks..." Damian ruffled her hair as he passed to go get his suit, wishing he might have taken her up on that offer. Behave, he said. Behave.
Damian had a simple pair of blue trunks that worked, and he grabbed two beach towels for them both. The hot water would help them unwind from the emotional pourings they'd been having. But, it was healthy to have everything come out so they could lessen their load.

Raquel smiled, chuckling to herself, turning to grab her own swimsuit. It was a dark green bikini that would look lovely as always. She slipped it on, heading over to meet Damian. She had only been in hot tubs for 'business' and really didn't mind it that much... it was quite ... 'enjoyable' to her..

Damian caught her around the waist as they both made their way back to the pool house for the tub. He was tense from sleeping a little poorly, and she looked tired from what she had confided when they'd woken up.
"We can add bubbles, too," he said, if she wanted something fun. "I have a few scented kinds for parties and whatnot. We should try it."
