If it where a Legendary weapon I still stick by the fact no one would know WTF a Gunblade was, why the hell would a Galbadian Soldier train with a Gunblade? Laguna mentions training with a Gunblade during said movie shoot, no matter if the movie gunblade was a fake or not, Laguna himself mentions the training and that means he was training with a real gunblade.
No matter what you say however the truth is, if a person can use the weapon and train with it then they slowly can learn to master it, sooner or later this will have to be explained better then: "You can't use gunblades because I said so" It'll have to be put into terms so people understand.
Won't give up because he has a hidden motive ninja

It has been explained better, unless your completely brain dead and are unable to read and comprehend the plain, excellent explanations laid out by Graey and Chris.
Isn't going to change his mind.

By explain better I mean in the Gunblade post ... stare ... if you are going to limit gunblade using characters atleast explain it in a long thought out post, explain why Gunblade characters are to be limited, please.

Walks over to Nick, hands him two plushies. One of Quistis, the other of Cryssie. Then walks back over to Rik and cuddles his Rinoa plushie.
EDIT: Then he looks over at Croix, grumbles, hands his Rinoa plushie to Rik, then draws Revolver, charges Croix, and swings the gunblade right at his head, pulling the trigger upon impact. Needless to say, Croix mush goes all over the room.
No gunblade for you, biatch!
Does Squall's victory pose, then looks at Graey, wondering if a Full-Life can fix that. Shrugs, goes back over to Rik, somehow magically-cleaned off of the Croix-goo, takes his Rinoa plushie back, and cuddles.
