Esca laughed, hugging him back tightly. "I'm sorry I haven't come to visit you! I've been busy with my garden! Ladybugs are funny little things." She giggled.

Ladybugs? Atari tilted his head to Esca as he shifted back to sit on his knees, his tail wrapping around himself loosely as he lifted the sandwhich to take another bite. OH! Ladybugs~ I know what ladybugs are, I remembered. He offered the sandwhich back to Esca again and smiled brightly. Little spotty beetle bugs, right? Under the pale purple tone of his skin hid a faint blush, and his ears perked slighlty in hopes that those were indeed the correct insects he was thinking of.

"Red with black spots!" Esca nodded, smiling. "They eat aphids. Some people don't like them in their garden, but I think ladybugs are cute!" She giggled and took the sandwhich, looking at it. "Is it okay to eat?" She asked, in a fake sort of worried. "It's not poisoned, I hope."

Ladybugs are fun to collect...But they don't taste good. Atari wrinkled his nose as he looked to the sandwhich again, his ears laying low as he reached for it once more. I'm not sure...let me try it again, just in case! He smiled brightly to Esca, his ears perking up again as he purred softly, his tail wrapping around him on the other side of him, a gentle happy curl towards the end.

Escar laughed and held it out to him. "Do you want the rest of it Atari? I made alot of sandwhiches." She smiled. "I never know what I'm going to want, you see, so I make more than one!"

More sammiches? The boy perked slightly and peered into the basket before giving his friend a bright smile. Let's share them all! can we? He inched closer to the other, eager for her answer, which he hoped was a yes.

"Of course!" Esca laughed. "And you can have a peach, if you want. Just promies not to tell Shana!" She pressed a finger against her lips. "Shana loves peaches."

Ooooh...Atari purred and peered into the basket again, forgetting all about the sandwhiches for a moment. What's a peach? And who's Shana? He looked to Esca with wide emerald eyes, his eyes perked with a distinct curiosity.

Esca laughed and reached intothe basket, fishing around a little before pulling out a brown paper bag. "This," she said, pulling out a peach. "Is a peach! It's really good! At least, I think so." She giggled and held it out. "Here, take a bite!" She smiled.
"And Shana one of my younger sisters. One of the triplets."

Atari eyed the fuzzy fruit, his ears perked still and his tail sort of twitching with excitement. Ooooooh. He held his hands out for it in a very childish sort of way before looking back to Esca, tilting his head. Why can't Shana know about the peach? Is it a secret?

Esca put in into his hands, laughing. "This is Shana's favorite food! I'm going to go buy some later to replace these." She giggled.

Oooh...Atari purred again as he looked over the peach, bringing it to his nose to sniff it a moment before he squeaked in excitement. Oh! I have these at home! You can take some to Shana, we can pick them! That way you don't have to buy them. He wiggled happily and sat back some, sinking his teeth into the peach, a soft purr eminating from his throat as the flavor rushed over his tongue. Peachies are good if you put them in the freezebox first!

"Are they?" Esca thought a moment, taking another peach out of the bag and moving it in her hands. "I never tried that! I'll have to, when I get home." She giggled. "And I wouldn't want to take your peaches! My mother sent us some money, so I have plenty to buy it with."

Atari thought a moment before shrugging, offering a bright smile to Esca. Okay! We have lots of peachies, because my Auntie loves peachies. Can I go with you to buy peachies, Esca? he asked, tilting his head to her, half afraid she would want to leave sooner to make her purchase.

Esca took a bite from her peach, chewing as she looked at him. "But of course you can!" She said with a giggle, after she swallowed. She wiggled her feet slightly, touching her toes to each other. "But I'm not going to get them until I have to go home."
