(What chu talkin' 'bout willis? I failed the dc still haven't found anything.)
"No luck yet." Raine pulled at his wrist weights and shrugged. As Xen and Kimiko talked, Raine wanted to interject his opinion but Xenon got to it first. The small boy actually smiled a little bit, he was going to mention that staying together would be a good idea. "Yeah, I like that idea. Beside if we split who knows what shenanigans I'll get into." Raine joked at his obvious lack of talent so far in the mission. "Well, let's keep looking."
Raine turned stepping off the trail, and following the shrubs easily fitting through a patch of bushes with his one advantage of being small. Raine looked back to see if they were following he was only a few feet away but none the less. Suddenly the boy stopped, in a small opening at the base of the tree A bright red flag lay, a metal thread impalling the cloth a few tiems and than tiead tightly to a small round toy. Four colors, red, yellow, blue, and green in quaters. A small paper sealed the metal string on and Raine smiled. "Guys! Guys! I found one! I totally found one." Quickly leaning down and grabbing the toy, Raine brushed away some dirt with his finger. "No way, I love this game. I've played it forever!" he smiled looking back towards the others, "I'm gonna try this one, okay?" He wanted nothing more to prove himself to his team mates.

(true, but technically I did. confused Any way)
Xenon adjusted his glasses almost with fascination. "It's a game?"
Kimiko looked at him askance "Huh? Well of course. Maboroshi haven't you ever heard of Simon says!?" Her eyes looked almost blown away.
Xenon straightened looking at her still seemingly clueless. "No... what manner of game is it?"
Kimiko actually laughed at his expense. "Wow Maboroshi I can't believe you! How can you not have even heard of it before? Did you not have a child hood or something?"
Xenon just blinked almost, ALMOST innocently "Oh? Is this something that one should experience in one's childhood?"
Kimiko stifled a chortle "Heh! The look on your face! Stop that ahaha-!" she was able to control her laughing enough to explain "Okay okay, I'll explain just stop making that face! Simon says the electronic game is where you hit the lights that light up in the same order that they appear. It's as simple as that." Seriously, Maboroshi could be so naive when he wanted to be... it was like when it came to things like everyday life he was nearly clueless... Truth be told Kimiko actually liked that side of him.
Xenon stroked his chin thoughtfully "I see... so it's a mental exercise then... but why call it Simon says? Who's this Simon? And why does-" As Kimiko struggled to answer his questions, it didn't seem like either of them were going to interject Raine's taking on of the challenge.

Raine smiled, his childish temptations taking over him. The small boy, crossed his legs, the bark beneath him acting as his playpen. Clicking the on bottom Raine joyously smiled as the four buttons made matching noises and intricate patterns as they lit up and started the game. "Oh, oh here we go!" He clenched the game in his hands as the game started, green, red, blue, green. The small boy's eyes flicked quickly over the colors, committing them to memory. "Ha easy!" The game made a small beep and Raine shifted, his jovial movements uncontrollable.
The next level started. Red, red, green, blue, yellow, blue. This was a much harder sequence but still easy enough, Raine flipped his fingers over the plastic each beeping with the identical sequence. Again he succeeded. [b"Ha."
The last level started now it would be much harder. Yellow, yellow, red, green, yellow, blue, red, green. Raine concentrated hard, the colors and beeps flashing in his memory this could be bad... "K yellow-" he clicked the button,"Yellow, red, green..... another yellow.... let's see blue.... and.... and...." He flicked his eyes over all the buttons holding his thumb over the green, it was something like that. At the last instant Raine changed his mind and flicked the red button. Thanking god the the toy didn't glow red and start over. "Than, green." He pushed the last button hard, sure of his idea. The game flashed all the colors 3 times and the seal's ink bubbled, heating the paper and crisping it to a warm brown where it disintegrated form the inside out, snapping the wire around the flag. Raine jumped up! "Yeah! Yeah! I did it!!!!" He waved the flag above his head before handing it to kimiko. "My lady-" He bowed to her with the flag, pretending to be very proper.

Kimiko clapped as though his audience "Well done! Well done!" She was pleased they'd gotten yet another flag, this was going to be easy! Only four more to go...
"Indeed," Xen said with a congratulatory grin "Bravo." he looked around again saying "Now that's done, we've one more of each of yours, and both of mine..." he pondered the placement of the valley. "There isn't THAT many more places they could be... let's look around, I'm sure they'll be around here somewhere..." He walked over and set foot on the trunk of a tree, his feet sticking to it like glue as he walked up it carelessly.
His reached a ways up and looked out, his golden eyes squinted about at the surrounding forest. The area they were in was actually a bit larger than he'd assumed...still...
"Do you see anything?" Kimiko called looking up. Normally she'd try looking herself, but she had decided she also needed to learn more to rely on others. After all, Champions of justice never stood alone, their friend always stood by them. Maboroshi probably wouldn't call her a friend, but he was going to be whether he liked it or not, being her rival she'd change the wicked ways of.
"Yes..." Xen was peering off a ways west of their location. He turned and back and started the down three, talking as he did so "I think it's one of Raine's flags..." he looked a little intrigued "There's a rather odd set up about it..." he set foot back on the ground. "It's this way." He gestured, with a nod of his head.
Kimiko started to follow his indication, her eyes curious "What did you mean odd set up? Like another Simon says game?"
Xenon shook his head, still pondering it over himself "No...it seemed to be some sort of...giant cage."

after a long day of raising chakra,Kurina decided to come back and do something hard, that included using chakra too, and some physical strangth. she walked through the training grounds with her hand in her pockets and an excited facial expression with a smile ,too.she walked over the bridge, but this time, she didnt walk to her spot with the gaint rock, insteed she walked over to the dojo, didnt get in it,just walked around it and faced on of its walls.it was tall, she stared at it,she would try to reach its top. she inhaled some air,and began Concentrating.
she foreced her chakra flow to go down to her feet,as she ran as fast a she could, jumping to the wall, trying to reach the top of the wall, hoping she would succeed, she would do it,no matter how long it took,as she ran,an aura of blue glowed around her feet, this indicated that she managed to center the chakra in her feet.it was fainful,as she was Defying gravity, pain tan through her ankles, she gulped and tried to reach the top.
climb up at wall, once succeeded the character can use chakra to walk on walls without any sort of dice roll. DC:20 Roll:1d20 Train:0/1

Kurina scremed our from pain,it was really difficult to conetrate all the ckara in her feet, and walking on the wall made it much more difficult,as gravity wont allow it, she managed to walk a few steps, but then she fell on the ground, gasping for air,and agonizing from pain. she layed down on the ground for several minutes,as the pain wont vanish qiuckly, she remembered all her trainings, they were all nothing compared to this one,"no pain..no gain.." she mubmled to herself, trying to get up,an angry and frustrated expression appeared on her face, this was the first try and she failed,of course this kind of training wouldnt be over with one try out,she would do it all the time if she had to.as all the experience ninjas know this ability, sometimes its a life saviour,so she had to do it.
contrating again,on forcing her chakra to her feet, she could feel the blua aura around them, she stared at the wall.and leaped for it with all her strangth.

again after Kurina leaped for the wall, she couldt reach the top, insteed she got one more step from her previous try.pain funing through her body, she tumpled dwon on the ground, gasping for air,she closed her eyes and relaxed for a bit,as she had the entire day for this training. feeling better off,she opned her eyes, and looked around her, then stared at the wall again, she was determined to climb it,no matter what it takes, she got up and stretched her arms. doing the same method on focusing he chakra in her feet, and radiating the blue aura around them.she ran towards the wall and jumped, trying to walk on it with her chakra,as difficutly as it was ,she would it,pain aching in her feet, she was fighting gravity as hard as she could, she tried to walk over a bit,and getting beyond the few steps she made before.

again Kurina fell to the ground hard, this was really a difficult task shehad to do,as it was taking too much time,it was taking too much energy too,as focusing the chakra in one place,is a hard thing to do, it takes time and patience to master this ability,so she stayed on the ground for a bit and then she got up and prepared herself to do it again,as painful as it was ,she would do it until she reaches the top of the wall.she embraced herself and lunged at the wall.hoping to get it right.

Raine watched as Xen walked up the tree, he felt a bit jealous at such a cool skill but he knew it would take him endless amounts of effort to learn something like that. He just didn't have the skill or luck for it. As the older boy spoke, the small boy gazed up at him while periodically blowing his strip of white mowhawk out his eyes. Again he spoke, and Raine smiled when he heard it was one of his. He would surely win! the thought of 500 ryo..... but.... Kimiko and Xen had helped him get his and Xen had just spotted the next one. He hadn't earned it at all. The thought stopped him as his teammates went on, there was no way he could take that money. Or maybe they would all just have to split it! raine smiled, yeah that was surely the answer. He ran off after them, what could the next challenge possibly be?

Xenon examined the cage with a rather admiring eye. It seemed nearly impenetrable, at the very least he didn't even think Raine and Kimiko combined had the strength needed to break it open. "Hmm...interesting..."
Kimiko was prying at the bars in vain, her face scrunched as her attempts failed. "No...way!" She stepped back catching her breath. "There's no way I can bend that thing... I guess I could try heating it with my fire ball jutsu... would that work?" She tapped the unmistakeably sturdy cage with a rather perplexed face "I can't think of another way to do it."
Xen meanwhile was pacing about the cage's perimeter, his Golden eyes scanning the ground. "Hm...Ah. Here." He bent down and lifted from the ground an open scroll. Casting his eyes about the seal upon it, he mused over a possibility.
Kimiko looked over. "Maboroshi? What's that?"
Xenon adjusted his glasses, his hand holding the scroll unfurled in front of him. "I believe..." he could almost feel the pull of chakra attaching the scroll to the seemingly impassable barred cage. "That this may be the true source of our plight..."
Kimiko peered over his shoulder "What do you mean?"
"Permit me a moment..." His own chakra flowed into the scroll, undoing the flow and severing the link, with a surreal speed. With a suddenly explosion of smoke the cage vanished, the flag now lying unprotected. He tossed the scroll over his opposite shoulder, his hands going back into his pockets. "Hm, well that was almost insultingly easy."
Kimiko was looking between the scroll and vanished cage with amazing "Whoa... Maboroshi how did you...was that chakra control just now?"
Xenon didn't even seem triumphant "It wasn't really all that complex, I'm sure you could have done it yourself Momoe-san." He looked at Raine "Well there you are."
"I guess Raine wins." Kimiko said as though perfectly happy for him.
Xenon's smirk showed itself "Well...not yet."
Kimiko looked at him quizzically "Eh? But he got both his flags first."
Xenon wagged his finger. "Ah, ah," he pulled Raine's other flag from his pocket. "Not quite. I still have hos other."
Kimiko glowered at her rival "Maboroshi! We're working together remember?!"
Xenon nodded "Naturally, that's the wisest course, and in order to maintain group equality, I recommend that we each keep one of each others flag."
Kimiko frowned "Maboroshi, you don't trust us? We're supposed to be a-"
Xenon shook his head. "Oh it's not you I mistrust, I have the greatest of confidence you'd willingly share our winnings." he declared matter of factly. "But I wouldn't put it past our Sensei to award one of us over the others to try and disturb our delicate balance. Therefore, to simplify matters, we'll just hand our flags to left so to speak at the end, forcing him to declare three way tie." He put the blue flag back in his pocket. "I don't suppose either of you think I'm being unfair?"

Raine stepped forward grabbing his flag, the thin material coarse against his fingers. He would have never even realized that a scroll would have been attached to the cage, however much of a p***k Xen was he had his wits about him. "Thanks you guys." he looked up to both of them sincerely, "But I was thinking if I won we'd just share the money. Like Xen said...." he looked up to teh golden eyes, cold like ice. He couldn't help thinking of his own spec of gold dwindling amongst the bright blue of his right eye.
"Yeah or we could do that..." Raine was a bit hesitant because he didn't like the idea of Xen having his flag, he might just have a tendency to "Loose" it in spite of their hostile encounters. "Well, we should find some of your flags than, dude. You still don't have any."

Xen seemed perfectly at ease "Well, it doesn't really matter in what order we obtain them really, since we're working together, still, I suppose fair is fair." He once more set foot on the nearest tree, strolling vertically up the side of the trunk. "By the way, our introductions seemed a little incomplete back with our dear Sensei..." He blinked a few times, scanning the scene. "Ah...there's one... it's back that way." He returned to the ground, and went on "Momoe-san and I have known one another for years...but what about you Raine?"
Kimiko seemed pleased, her pep kicking in. "Hey yeah! We should tell something about ourselves, besides you know, what we're good at."
Xenon gestured the way the flag was, it was hard to miss with the wooden dummies all around it. "I don't see any harm in that. My life is an open book after all, though I suggest Raine go first, as he seems to be the most mysterious." He had a devil may care smile in place.
"You're the most mysterious Maboroshi!" Kimiko chided with a reprimanding tone.
"What?" He said with a tone of false angelic indignation "Why I've no Idea what you mean Momoe-san." He chuckled at her unphased accusatory stare.

Kurina tries her best to baet the gravity and reach the top of the wall, but she just isnt lucky to do so,the chakra centered in her feet, hurted her ankle,it was raelly difficutly to keep it up and try to over do it,just to finish it,she just fell to the ground, and layed there for a while, recovering from the fall,ad from the chakra useage,it was a hard training, but she had to do it,she rose up from the ground, stared at the wall again and leaped for it with all her strangth, focusing her chakra flow into her feet, and hoping this would do it this time.

right after Kurina's ankle hit the wall, she howled in pain,as her ankle was hurting so bad, that she fell right after she jumped, the chakra usage and the gravity was difficult to beat, she hit the ground hard, and didnt get up until a few minutes, she was tired,as importent this training is,it was so difficult to do,being a student and not a genin was alos one of the reasons that made this harder, but she had to do it,she was ditermined to do it.she slwoly rose up from the ground, panting and feeling dizzy a bit,she focused and stared at the wall, running towatrds it again, hoping she might succede again.
