Felina snickered giving Oassu a small headshake "Nah now you're just flattering me now I am sure. Do they really have such a high opinion on how attractive we elven royals are over in Agralia? I thought we just simply wouldn't get mentioned hehe. Bet they didn't mention all these lovely smells" she added steering Oassu into a square of food stalls.
"Oh I wasn't writing, I was just doing a small ink doodle of Enkidu but it doesn't matter if I don't finish it. Can jut bin the paper before we get out" Satoshi said shuffling over and twisting herself round to allow him to take a look at the picture. "So shall we descend?"

Oassu smirked "Sure, elves may have come out of their forests a bit but they are still mystical characters a bit to humans, that's what happens when you outlive us so much" he said linking hands with Felina "And sure it smells nice but we've got markets like these back in Agralia but of course you'd get mentioned, some folks happily swallow up all that royal stuff" he said.
Gil leaned over to examine the picture "Hehe you make him look cuter than he is, don't show him that you'll hurt his feelings" he said resting a hand on Satoshi's shoulder "Still yeah you're right, lets head away you had something you wanted to show me I think" he said.
Itaka chuckled "Well sure been riding through the cold all day of course I'm going to enjoy a moment in the warm bed, though I'll need to get up to put the fire out downstairs" he said stretching now he had the room to move.
Zadina scratched his chin in thought "Well I think Blue is a good colour on you Amane, though that summer dress might leave you a bit cold, I think the gown would look nicer at the ball tonight" he advised Amane before turning to Bartlby and telling him in elvish he didn't need any more clothes.
Jeckhart also murmured something quietly about not needing any robes having glanced at the price tag of some of the clothes on the other side of the room.

Seph sat up feeling there was little reason to stay where she was "Just be grateful you weren't in Yithra if that's what you think cold is. But how about you go put that fire out and then come back for one last surprise present" she suggested giving him a playful wink.
Amane paused glancing back and forth between the gown she had chosen and the one her mum had picked out. "Well hmm... tough choice but your right I should probably go for the gown. Yes will fit in better" she decided taking the gown she had picked out. "Sorry mum, yours was very nice too but this one just feels a lot nicer."
Hebal grinned and nodded her head approvingly "Oh that's ok, your choice was very nice and lovely too so I'm not going to get all mad at you. And while you were choosing, I managed to find the one I wanted too hehe. Didn't take me long to decide" she giggled waving the red dress she had pulled out for all to see.

Felina rubbed her hands together allowing herself to walk over to one stall with a few tables and chairs around the edge selling different varieties of noodles "Mmm how about here? I think this sort of food is what Satoshi and Mari eat in their countries but I don't think we have to use their strange cutlery" she remarked wating by the stall for Oassu's approval. "Do you think that way about all other species or just us elves? Just seems weird you would think us mystical when we are probably the closest to humans in similarity"
Satoshi nodded "Yeah that's right though hope you don't mind a little bit of hiking as I would like to take you a little bit out the village. Though I don't think that Enkidu would be able to recognise himself even if he were to see the picture" she grinned whistling to join them once she had linked arms with Gil.

Oassu nodded "Sure I can smell some chicken I think and that will be fine yeah, but perhaps that's why you are so mystical because you are like crazy tall long-lived super humans so we give you more respect or something?" he shrugged brushing the snow off one of the seats so they could sit.
Gil tilted his head "No of course not, though I didn't think we were going too far, it's getting late after all" he said whistling to Enkidu when he didn't respond to Satoshi as they got up to leave with Enkidu in tow.
Itaka chuckled heaving himself up off the bed before leaning down to kiss Seph "Sure, though it's not a surprise if you tell me but yeah I'll go see we are all locked up for the night, been a busy day after all" he yawned heading downstairs to lock up.
Zadina smiled somewhat happy Amane had agreed with him "Well you can totally choose the other if you like, don't let it be my decision I think you might get more use out of the other dress back home" he said
Mr Bartlby nodded in agreement "Yes you can take your time choosing dresses, and if you like you could even try them on before you make a decision, we have changing rooms if you would like to use them" he said gesturing to a few cubicles in the back of the shop with his cane.

Amane scratched her chin a moment "But wouldn't that require you possibly having to come in and reshape it all the time Zadina? Would feel a little bad if I tried them both on and left them completely resized afterwards. Nope I will trust you guys judgement on this one"
"Pssst Jeckhart...." Hebal whispered shuffling closer to him "Do we need to take you somewhere less expensive to get you something nice to wear for later? I don't know how it is for you but for me these dresses cost as much as two suits of my armour" she whispered before glancing up at Mr Bartlby "Hehe once I make my mind up on stuff like this sir, I rarely change my mind. Still this one is actually my normal size everywhere but the bust so no harm in trying it on even if Amane isn't wanting to do so for hers"

Felina grinned scanning the menu boards written in both runes and Agralian directly below "Well yeah there is chicken on the menu along with duck and pork, beef and fish so plenty meat selection with your noodles. It's funny that you say we are super humans. Im afraid we elves have never returned the feelings towards humans. Like I said earlier elves always took an interest in demons for their varying shapes, sizes, culture and the like. Trust us elves to take an interest in the most dangerous of species heh"
Satoshi sighed giving Enkidu a small eye roll "One day I'll make it so I can get Enkidu to listen to my whistling a little. But don't worry about the time for I have saved up a little bit of energy to send us back if need be.. Don't worry though, its not like I am making us do rock climbing. That's an activity for another time maybe" she added securing Terrato around her neck.

Oassu nodded shivering slightly as he sat on the cold chair "Well sure but back when the world was new weren't you elves like the most powerful creatures about because of your magical affinity and technology wasn't much of a thing back then, demons weren't even around then though so you probably thought of them as the greatest threat back then" he said.
Gil chuckled "Don't feel too bad about it, Enkidu only really listens to me...well me and whoever holds some food for him, will need to let him go hunting tomorrow though he gets aggressive if bored for too long" he said as they stepped out of the flat.
Jeckhart glanced over at the shopkeeper briefly before silently nodding agreement to Hebal "I don't really get all that much money, I'll pick something modest up at another shop if I can.." he whispered back to Hebal.
Zadina shook his head "It shouldn't be so bad so long as you tell me the measurements though Mr Bartlby does that as well" he said "You just need to let him know your size but if you think it'll fit fine that's ok!" he said not wanting to keep Mr Bartlby's shop open.
Bartlby smiled slightly "Yes, while our best dresses are tailor made to fit you and we can provide additional enchantment so they never fit anyone else if you desire exclusivity. We do provide a magical resizing service for our pre-made dresses" he admitted.

Felina leaned forward hugging Oassu "Well yeah a lot of demons also see us as the biggest threat also. Nu mou are great mages for sure but elves are a lot more mobile and in larger numbers. Theres almost as many elves as people and more united despite our living arrangements. But yeah I'm going to stop talking before you get sick of me telling you how great elves are and you can tell me what you want to eat" she requested casting a spell for warmth upon his back.
Satoshi scratched her head "Well in that case maybe we can get up a little earlier and take Enkidu hunting on our way to be picked up by Alpha since he will be coming back by the afternoon and will give you time to think about where you want him to drop you off for your mission" she sighed. "Probably going to be a lot of jetlag and flying tomorrow"

Hebal paused rummaging around through her satchel until she pulled out what looked like a little red journal sensing that some of the group seemed like they should be a bit of a hurry. "Well I have my measurements written down in here somewhere. This book is usually for clients but you know. I don't have Amane's though because she keeps growing everytime I see here" she giggled showing Mr Bartlby her book. "Mine is that one there" she told him not really wanting to announce her chest size.
Amane tilted her head having never seen Hebal's little book before "Well if it saves time then why don't you just measure me later mum and we can get it fitted later just fine with Zadina's help. Must be super accurate since armour I'm sure has less room for error."

Zadina scratched the back of his head "If you wish Amane though Mr Bartlby is capable of it as well but certainly I'll do it for you if you like" he suggested drawing his book from beneath his regal robes and flicking to a spell quickly casting it before putting it away.
Bartlby peeked at the book nodding as he read where Hebal pointed "Hmm I see, yes that is manageable but this dress might fit you as is, feel free to try it on first and then we could make some minor adjustments depending on how well it fits" he suggested.
Oassu sighed happily as the warmth washed over him "I'll just have some beef and gravy noodles, keep it nice and simple and filling" he said giving the menu a brief glance and judging based on the pictures while putting Cid down on the table "Won't you get recognised around here though?" he asked noting the customers at the other tables outdoors "Also surprised there's so many people wanting to eat outside in the snow like this" he chuckled.
Gil chuckled "I suppose so, normally I'd let him patrol and hunt at night but he doesn't know the area and the guards probably don't know him so best not to risk it" he said "Though it'll be fine he'll get his chance to hunt, surely you'd rather have a nice lie in on your birthday after all" he said smirking as Enkidu bounded ahead glad to be outside once more.

Hebal shuffled about slightly uncomfortable for a moment "Well you know sir. It would be fine around the waist and hips for sure but its a little bit on the large size for the more... upper body part. I wouldn't ever fill that in" she admitted feeling a little awkward explaining in front of everyone.
Amane turned her head more interested in what Zadina was doing then her mother "What ya looking at in your spell book and what did you just do there?" she asked trying to catch a glimpse before letting out a small "Aww" when it disappeared again.

Felina nodded petting Cid stopping him from nearly walking off the table "You kidding? Them people over there have been trying to sneak glances at me the past two minutes its just a case that the people of Yithra are more polite than most when It comes to these matters. As for the snow, they just want to eat hot food while celebrating the festival outside a bit like us"
Satoshi shrugged "Im not bothered really, my birthday usually goes overlooked by everyone too hung over from the day/night before. And besides theres a good chance it will be out last full day together for a good while so would rather make the most of it awake. Can take him for a little hunting now if you would rather do other things in the time" she mumbled hopping down the steps.

Oassu frowned "Cid be a bit more careful than that" he scolded lightly sighing "Though knowing what he's like I wouldn't be surprised if he could fly or something when he started to fall but sure people just want a quiet festival like us, we'll still have presents to open later too." he said smiling at the thought "Though what is it you are looking for and I'll go order for us" he said
Gil paused for a moment before pulling Satoshi into a big hug "Well don't worry, tomorrow will be all about you, you've got me here so we'll do anything you want and I'll treat you nicely all day to make up for it" he said giving Satoshi on the cheek.
Bartlby nodded aware of Hebal's discomfort "Well as you wish Ma'am I understand" he said taking the dress away into a back room to adjust it.
Jeckhart tilted his head slightly surprised "Are you ok Hebal? You seem awfully on edge?" he asked quietly before nodding having come to a solution "Is the dress more expensive than you thought? Do you need a little help to buy it I could chip in if you liked" he whispered while the children were distracted
Zadina giggled "You just love watching sparkly magic don't you?" he said drawing a long slender colourful dragon of sparkles in the air with his finger before sending it to fly and loop around Amane's body and arms before it flew up and settled on her ears entwined around them and perched on the tip "I think it's nice but really it was just a little message spell instructing the people on my estate to send my dress clothes to the palace for tonight." he said

Hebal shook her head then gave Jeckhart a pat on the shoulder. "It's nice too see you so concerned but really its not that bad. It's more that the dress that I like is sized for women who have a build like Satoshi and we have totally different body shapes. Like she is shorter and more curvy so needs more room in some areas. And I do still kinda want to try it on before I buy it but I get the feeling that theres too much of a rush for me to do that" she whispered back.
Amane paused unable to say anything for a moment for shock "... Well can you blame me for watching what you do when you are so generous as to keep me entertained with it so often? I think its wonderful and I'm really jealous of anyone who can do pretty spells like that. Though where will the message go in your house for people to receive it in time?" she wondered trying to catch a feel of the sparkly dragon.
