Shrug off a nuke using just a small amount of his power? Cool. So I'm not the only one who makes characters like that. lol

@Chaos: xD!! Well, that one's not entered...he's much stronger than the character Deity is actually playing as in th'tourney.
@Dresy: ...Deity agrees that any interrupt - even if seemingly irrelevant - is a chance for the other player to alter their character's actions in light of what's happened.
Guy A - *I throw the big rock and it moves toward you at ZOOMJfast.*
Guy B - *I have my pet monkey stuff dynamite in your shorts just before you throw it.*
Guy A - Hey, you didn't respond to the boulder.
Guy B - You have an explosive on your a**.
Guy A - So?
Guy B - Okay, so you threw the boulder and blew up? Okay, I win.

Well that sounds more fair. lol. Of course, I never made a character that only needed and incalculably small amount of their max power in order to withstand nukes. Heh. At LEAST twenty-five percent. Only seemed right.

Interesting uber-move. Would you care to read a move I recently tried? I attempted to force a ring-out on an opponent because my character didn't want to have to actually hurt them. lol

@Chaos: Fierce Deity (the nuke-shrugger) can take nukes with maybe about 1% of his power (if not less). He's never used more than 5% of his power at any one time, either.... < <;;
@Dresy: Bye bye, dudez... =P
@Kenny: Deity would, but he's got lots o'windows open as it is... Dx

Haha! It's so nice to be fighting again. I just turned my b*****d sword into a giant Beyblade capable of blowing back flames, all with a spool of rope.
Pointlessly complicated battle actions. It's a good thing.

Chaos: Sure, I'll read it. Ehh, did my post make sense..?
"@Kenny: Deity would, but he's got lots o'windows open as it is... Dx"
Deity: Windows = Pain. In way too many ways.

@Ken: It did to me. Good old cage manuever. And yeah. First time using these "@" things, I think. Don't remember any other time I did anyway. Here's the fight. You can start from the beginning or just read the last three posts. Shoudln't matter either way to understand, but my attempted ring-out starts on the third-last post. After that I'm just continuing it since I don't believe his intended counter would work. Let me know if you agree with me on that. http://www.gaiaonline.com/guilds/viewtopic.php?t=4364769&page=2@Deity: Logic wins again. Huzza!

The Fierce Deity @Trei: While he could shrug off a nuke if he was using a tiny bit more of his power, Fierce Deity is using only a very small amount of his norm...actually too small to calculate a believable percentage. > >; So his endurance is lacking just a teensy bit...he'll probably feel that.
....then he'll uncork Trei from the wall and send him to the Informary, so we can officially be back on a normal timeline.
Graagh! You mean to tell me taking a concussive grenade worth of force straight into a joint isn't even gonna stall the smash attack of doom?
