Felina rubbed her ear in thought "well you see, I don't eat out at restaurants when I am at home. The restaurants come to us as such. But I do know where all the fancy places are. But... maybe we could take advantage of one of the food stalls in the food market and support one of the smaller companies" she decided pulling Oassu along now decided so to make a fast exit. "Maybe we should let Cid sleep in my bag a little while or when we get back to the palace I could have a maid babysit him and put him to bed while we're at the party"

Satoshi paused tucking her feet into the couch "Mmmmhmm we have somewhere to go but we don't need to be there for a little while though so there is time to get changed and keep out the heat of the sun a little. Sorry my place isn't filled with much entertainment. All I really do in here is paint things"

Seph shook her head "Nah its ok to talk about it. I mean sure its got some bad memories but the past is the past and got over most of em. You know Im not one for sob stories. Just meant I had to do more exercises and practice climbing. I'm really good at that because I have my claws" she boasted.

Hebal smiled waiting to see where the kids were going "I'm keeping a good eye on them don't you worry. But with Zadina being the only one from around these parts, its only natural he goes in front as he is the guide. But of course Amane would bring happiness for she is my delightful daughter hehe. If I can ever get properly settled and have her move back in with me though the odd baby sitter for when trying to work would be a great help"

"Just lead the way Zadina, they are close enough to follow us now I think. Plus like you said if we are in a hurry and maybe you can use your influence if need be to have them open for us a little bit longer if need be" Amane suggested taking a last sniff before regaining her full concentration

Oassu glanced back "Well that certainly wouldn't do though I suppose it would be a shame if paparazzi hounded you now" he said scuttling after Felina "So tell me, was it anything like this when you first ran way from the palace?" he asked.

Gil let out a sigh "Oh sunburn? I doubt it'd show properly with my weird skin, doesn't feel too bad" he said relieved to have a little space as he brought all his arms into a Satoshi cuddle "Perhaps you just wanted all the attention to yourself however" he chuckled nuzzling Satoshi.

Itaka nodded "Sure that's probably pretty handy, but you'll need to get more used to flying now, still never hurts to be good at everything, I'd always imagined climbing with claws might hurt...it'd be like me trying it with my fingernails" he said

Jeckhart nodded not really sure when Hebal would settle "It's difficult to think of you settling down in one place for too long, but sure I would love to help sometime, though should ask Alpha to drop you off to see Amane more often, I'm sure she'd appreciate it" he said.

Zadina giggled "Well I don't know you might be cute enough to convince them to do it without my help" he teased as they walked toward the market "Though what is it you are smelling that's got your attention?" he asked.

Felina scratched her head with uncertainty "Do you mean the times I ran away as a kid to explore or like the time I sort of properly ran away and didn't come back until with you? Not really, usually I would slip out at night and there were a few times people didn't even realise it was me. Dad kept us out the public eye until we were preteens because he thought it might be too stressful being chased around so wouldn't know what I looked like. Hayate managed to slip me out into the city a few times before the demon wars but made sure I dressed down then everyone just assumed I was his kid sister"

Satoshi laughed returning the hug "Well I get all the attention anyway if its my clones but its nicer not to divide myself up. And besides It was you who wanted to get some air and we haven't got anything better to do so why not" she said suddenly squirming as Terrato slid between then pair of them.

Seph grinned but hesitated "Well yeah, whats not to love about flying unless you are afraid of heights. How to explain.. imagine you could go anywhere you wanted whenever you felt like it without having to worry about airships and travel costs or finding a chocobo. And then it feels really good to just do it. Guess you just have to be a flyer to know the feeling"

Hebal smiled back surprised at the sudden seriousness the conversation was going in "Well its nice to know your interested still in looking out for me. But with Hikari not there to plant some fake trails about you will probably have to work harder. She's already done a lot for me" she admitted clearing her throat suddenly as they closed in on the shop. "Well this place certainly looks all pretty and fancy. Can't wait to try on some of these" she sung glad to change the subject.

Amane took a small breath pushing her way through the door "I will try my best at elven dancing but usually I'm not a good dancer. I didn't inherit that trait from my mum sadly" she mentioned him almost jumping in surprise at the ringing of the bell above the door. "So do I just look around or am I supposed to ask for assistance" she whispered.

Oassu chuckled "Seems lucky, surprised you could hide so easily. If I was your dad I'd have sent word to the ports to be on the lookout and have summoned Bahumut to help me scour the skies for sight of you" he said.

Gil nodded "Well I shall go change as well then but you are probably right, we've probably already had a bit too much at the party as it is" he said getting up and grabbing the clothes they had brought from the table before disappearing into the bathroom to change.

Itaka smirked "Sure I get it is probably awesome, must have loved your time in Kunec when with it's weird architecture and layout" he said cuddling Seph "Though there's still merits in Chocobos you know, and based on what you've told me I doubt you could use your wings to fly long distances, airships are probably still best for that" he said.

An tall elderly elf in a sharp suit turned to look at the customers entering the shop, adjusting his spectacles slightly as they entered. "Ah....good evening young lady, I'm sorry but we were not far from closing and I might not have time to fit you" he said apologetically steadying himself on a cane.

Zadina entered after Amane "Don't worry things will be taken care of." he explained to Amane turning to address the old elf whose eyes widened "Oh Lord Loweena! It's been a long time since we've had a Loweena in this shop, please come on in." the old elf said jovially "I take it these are your friends then? Well that is fine I'm sure we can find something suitable for them all, though you have grown certainly since last time, I fear I shall have to take new measurements for you" the old man said twirling his fingers around his wispy white goatee.

Zadina smiled politely at the old man "That's alright, Mr Bartlby we don't have time for a specially-made suit and I still have some that fit me anyway, we are here for a ready-made dress for my friends" he said.

The old man stooped over tilting his spectacles to examine little Amane and the others "Ah, I see" he said a hint of disappointment in his voice "Well certainly please, right this way" he said moving over to a curtain on the side of his store "Our range of dresses is quite excellent, though nothing really competes with a specially tailored dress I'm sure we can get something to suit you" he said pulling on a rope which drew back a curtain on the wall revealing a rack of exquisitely crafted dresses of varying colours and materials.

Felina shrugged "Well he didn't expect me to go running off for starters so probably had the forest turned over before extending the hunt elsewhere. Guess its no wonder dad is still pretty mad at me for running off like that. If I spent more time in the company of elves then maybe I would have been spotted more but humans and viera were never experts on identifying the elven royal family so I travelled by just fine and I know how to keep a low profile when I want to avoid things like annoying cameras"

Satoshi hiccupped and quickly covered her mouth "I think you are right. Silly us. But not to worry, was all in good spirits and made my time with mum a bit less uncomfortable" she quietly added bringing up a piece of paper and some ink to doodle while she waited.

Seph paused giving Itaka a nuzzle "Well unless you want to unsettle the chocobos or have some form of entertainment planned that I don't know about. We could unwind for the night sure even if we don't go to sleep straight away and you look pretty comfortable yourself" she smiled back removing her wing from over them allowing to move if he wished.

Hebal nodded skipping forward "And Im sure you do a great job sir if the nobles keep coming back., but perhaps while we talk dresses you could maybe find some robes for these two guys that you might recommend" she suggested to the staff on hand before diving in to look with Amane "Hmm now you pick a couple you like and we can decide from theee. I think this would look good on you" she told Amane holding up a dress covered in sequins"

Amane gulped not liking the sudden pressure to pick herself some favourites "Umm well I like these two as well as the one you have" she decided holding up a short wavy one that could almost be mistaken for summer dress and then a thick light blue gown by contrast. What do you think Zadina"
