Ah... we're trying to sync them. It's kind of annoying actually. Since everybody has a different system.
But what I do is, for stuff like hand seals or whatever, +5-15 exp.
And I put it in a word counter and divide the whole amount of words by 100, to get the exp. For example if someone wrote 1109 words for the training I give them 12 exp. And of course +1 to the skill they trained, or +2 if they had a harsh DC.

Guy on guy action not exactly my cup of tea.Oh yeah I was wondering why didn't you just pick a couple of crew out of the people you saw doing the right thing ,and stuff instead of making a full fledged announcement out of it.

If you want the truth, I was bored in the afternoon with everybody asleep and I was looking through the villages and going asdfjasdk;lfajsd; so I wanted to see how badly you wanted the job.
Comic is so hot... *-*
Besides I don't go through EVERY village lol. And I want the people who actually check the front page..

Well I've learned alot to do Asian chicks love yaoi ,blue dragon is a pretty good anime,and that (Kouri is going to make me crew wink ) I plan on making my character have a dog summoning contract.
