Tenzil Kem Candidate Kem usually buys dinner and a movie when wooing. Candidate Kem has an advertising budget. If the voters would like to see Candidate Kem's bio, it's airing quite regularily. Why are none of the other candidates, except for the Bitter and Gay team, USING advertising?
