Meriko I am extremely angry. Someone has downloaded the new AntiVirus Gold desktop hijacker onto my graphics computer. >< I've tried the various fixes but they all require WinZip and that won't work right now (I'm guessing due to the AntiVirus Gold thing).

You'll have to maneuver over to a downloads section and find a sutible one for your computer / OS / all that jazz.
Also, if you're missing some .dll files (which I assume you are since IE doesn't work?) I can send some over to you, and then you can distribute them where they're needed. Usually the Windows folder, or system32.
If things get a bit TOO screwy, try booting into Safe Mode, as that disables a bunch of crap as to prevent needless screwing up more.

Gah. If this doesn't work I'll have to see if I can save all my edit files to CD. None of my upload programs will work. ><

Meri: As a last resort if nothing works, you can always try letting me connect and take over your computer for a bit. See if I can't hack anything to make stuff work again. ;O

So mad. SO MAD!!! FIFTEEN YEARS I keep myself virus free and well educated and BAM! I come home and "oops, something went funky with the computer while I was surfing around. You wanna check it out?" WHY DID YOU USE MY COMPUTER TO SURF?!?!??!?!?!?!!! THE ONE COMPUTER IN THE HOUSE WITH ALL MY PROGRAMS AND GRAPHICS ON IT RAAAAAARRRRRRRR!!!
