Sunray continued holding Shora on her lap as she watched the rest in the room. She felt content and happy. But soon enough, a pair of feet came bouncing down the stairs, loud enough for her to hear in the other room. "Maaammaaa! I can't get the spell right!" A still young, yet still growing, child with messy black hair and bright orange eyes came running into the room and went straight for her.
"Nath, you know you shouldn't yell. People could be sleeping...like Shora here." Nathan stopped and cocked his head at the little girl sitting on his mother's lap. "Did you and dad make me a sister while I was with the angels?" Sunray blinked at him then tried her best not to laugh. "No no. I found her outside today. She seems to be an orphan so we're letting her stay here." Nathan's mouth formed an O now seeing that the girl looked nothing like his parents or himself.

Shora decided this was the perfect moment to wake up and looked at the other people in the room. She rubbed her eyes and yawned a bit, though she remained tightly clinged to Sunray's shirt. After a few moments of waking up, Shora gave a tiny squeak followed by a growling stomach.
