I've noticed a tread in this nexus. There is a small problem, then It escalates into a large one, can you identify these problems without it escalating? Or Are you better at dealing with it when it's already a major problem? Sorry for the delay. Stuff to attend to... As I said before, I ran SHIELD for decades, so yes, I am capable of identifying problems before they escalate, and diffusing the situation if necessary. It isn't always necessary though. Sometimes you gotta let it play out. Often, it'll diffuse itself, and for the better. You don't always know, but it's a judgment call that sometimes needs to be made. I think myself, and my VP, are among the most qualified to make that call.
