Len turned a corner and continued onward that way. He was looking down at the sidewalk, thinking. When he lifted his head he gave a little chuckle at what he saw. Kerrigan? Heh, well I'll be damned. He saw her the most out of most of the other hunters out in public, and was a little ammused by it. Though, he couldn't complain, they could talk to eachother well, and he liked her company.
As he got closer he noticed a little cat following her, obviously aching for attension. This brought out a laugh as he nodded to Kerrigan as he got closer. "Good evenin' ma'am. Taking your pet out for an early stroll?"

As the cat dug its claws into her pants leg and scratched against her actual skin, she jumped in suprise, "OW! Hey," she called out, whirling around and picking the cat up, "that hurt!" She started to say something else when she was interrupted by Len. Turning to look at him, she let out a sigh, setting the cat down again, "This thing wont leave me alone...i dont know why though!" Grunting, she tried once more to step away from the cat, sweeping her wet hair out of her face and into a loose ponytail.

Neko backed away, her fur all puffed out in fright. She hadn't meant to actually scratch her; Neko had just wanted to tug on her pant leg. If she had been in her humanoid form, she might have started cry from being yelled at. As it was, she looked scared and upset that she had hurt the hunter. She was shaking and took a few more steps back, her eyes locked on Kerrigan.

Len laughed and looked down at the small figure of the wet animal. "Well, I couldn't tell ya why." He looked at it for a moment, a slight feeling of discomfert ran through him but soon faded away. He brushed his hand back along his wettened hair and looked around. He removed his shades and wiped the water off them to keep him occupied. "So, how long have you been out here? Get any sleep?"

"About an hour or two...enough to last me a while. I dont sleep much anymore. Anyways, ive been out here a few hours...got a vamp a little while ago and have just been walking around." Looking from him to the cat, she sighed, not feeling guilty that she had scared the animal. "Damn guilt...damn emotions," she muttered, leaning over and picking up the cat, petings its head gently and muttering an "im sorry".
Turning to Len, still petting the cat, she tilted her head, "How long have you been out here?"

Neko's fur was still puffed out, but as she was petted, her fur went flat again. She was still upset, but she was soon purring under that soothing hand. She rubbed Kerrigan's shoulder with her head, saying in her own way that she was sorry as well.

Len grinned at Kerrigan when she mumbled and picked up the cat, petting it's poofy fur down. He then placed his sun glasses on and replied, "Not long actually, probably and hour and a half or so. Got me a vamp too; damn bloodsucker thought he ould sneak up on me." He smirked and patted the hidden holsters at his sides. "Your ammo does the trick well might I add." He didn't say anything about he getting sleep or not, because he wanted it to skip his mind for now, less become suddenly tired.

Neko suddenly jumped down from Kerrigan's hold and ran off into the shadows as if she was chasing something. When she could no longer see the two hunters she resumed her normal form and slipped into a shadow, jumping to a differnece place to take care of some errands.

Shaking her head slightly, she continues petting neko as she listened to him and then smiled slightly, "Well thanks. Glad you approve. Im actually working on a few new things right now." She nodded grinning it him as she set the cat down, stretching. Her mind was once again going over her latest project, but she pushed it out of her mind for now. The last thing she needed was to think about work right now. Shaking her head, she turned her attention back to Len, "So...anything happen after i left?"

He watched as the cat ran away into the dark allyway again, until it was unseen. He then turned back to Kerrigan. "Nope, not much as far as I know. I pretty much headed back down into Haven to check out my new room. Afterwards I did some training, and then I couldn't really sleep so I headed out here for a good early morning walk."

Quirking an eyebrow, she shook her head turning to him, "Well...sounds like someone has had a productive evening. You like the rooms in Haven?" Crossing her arms over her chest, she leaned back against the side wall of a rundown building, facing him. Her eyes scanned him for a moment beofre turning her face upwards into the rain, letting it wash over her.

He nodded, turning to look down the street, seeing people walking back and forth, and cars with their windshield wipers on flailing back and forth removing the water droplets from their vision. He turned back after a moment and her question. "Yeah, they're pretty nice I guess. Excellent bed furnishing, a spacy closet, and a desk. Some good things already implimented right there." He looked over at her, then upwards as she had done so, the rain coming down and splattering against the surface of his skin and eye-wear.

((Ok...i don't want to sit around until that lycan girl comes back in central park so i can continue my hunt...we'll just postpone it...stick it in a little time-bubble and leave it there until it's time to open it...))
~he walks quietly along the streets, his cloak pulled close, his countenance warm and flushed with the mask of a new kill...He stops at a street corner, reflecting on the feeling that so recently had gripped him, and shaking off the last of it, bringing his senses to bear on the world around him...~

"Sounds nice." She stayed in the rain like this, the silence creeping in around them. It was as if she couldnt think of anything to say for the life of her. After a few moments of the sound of the rain and the background of the screeching tires and police sirens, she straightened up, clearing her throat, "Well, im gonna continue my walk. Your welcome to join me if you want to." She smiled at him and turned, once again strolling down the streets as she stuffed ehr hands deep into the pockets of her trench coat.

Len looked back at her and nodded, accepting her offer, and began to walk beside her down the street. He then noticed he hadn't any coat or extra material for warmth on at all, except for the thin vest under his dark shirt. But he didn't really mind, for it wasn't that cold out, it was just the eerie rain, and it comferted him sometimes. "So, how's appartment life treating you nowadays?" He asked, deciding to carry on further conversation.
