umm Gee, we can pretty much do that here...not unless you mean Hetalia in general then by all means have fun but otherwise I'm staying here and if it is Hetalia in general then I don't like making OCs unless it's to fill in a role or something like that.
-has issues with mary sues in originals its a huge pet peeve of mine-
