Kojineko I wonder if the fences they have up are even electric.
Sort of like those Horse fences, They hurt like HELL when you touch them. *W* I had to install those at school by the barn.... Those really do shock you. And they leave burns and scorch marks too ;u;

XD I have actually had someone shock themselves that same way. Course, I live in the backwoods, so it's mostly farmland. Great outdoors+secluded areas+cars=*censored*
Not me, ofc-I don't drive. I hit a cow and threw it into the ditch.

They are not electric.
Most of security is deterrents. (Security guards are good examples. They can't really do all that much- even on private propriety) A fence that inhibits easy travel (like REALLY high walls) kills their business. For example, after moving threw the desert for a few days- your average person won't be able to get over a 9 foot wall. They also mount cameras and use it as the jumping off point for other infrastructure (like sensors and whatnot).

Me too~ I just finished that drawing of Tsukiko~ I'm scanning it right now.
