WEEEEEE~~~ *grabs nee-chan and rolls around in the icing with her* nee-chan, why isn't Mommy and Kyo-kun joining us? *gets up frum the floor but not before taking a glob of icing and throwing it at Kyo-kuns face* LOL!! rofl *tackles him and takes index finger, taking sum icing frum his cheek and popping it in her mouth* YUMMY!!

It means that your eyes and your hands work well together. In this case, Kia-chan's eyes aimed for my face and her hands were able the throw icing at my face. Since it hit the target she aimed for, her coordination is good.
*finishes cleaning face* Alright, strawberries....Oh, you've washed your hands, right? We don't want to give Tamaki-kun any germs.
