I made my own style of door in SL now.
This one doesn't matter if it's linked to an object, or if it's rotated at any angle.
It's a box shaped the size of a door. It's scripted so that when you touch it, it goes hollow for a few seconds, then it goes solid again.
To test how it works in a linked object, I created an enclosed box with 4 of those doors being the walls to it, and it worked perfectly.

Well, I got some results back and the tumor is not cancerous. I still need to have it removed though.

Darkened Angel Well that's some good news. Cancer sucks. Hope it goes well. Change that, the next doctor said that the tests didn't rule cancer out. So I still don't know what it is. At this point I just want them to cut it out and be done with it. I don't want them to leave it and then five or ten years later say "oops, that should have come out already."

At this point I just want them to cut it out and be done with it. I don't want them to leave it and then five or ten years later say "oops, that should have come out already." Makes sense.
