Kiba slowly turned to face the other, his eyes red and puffy from crying. "Shino...we still need to talk, without you running away. When Kankuro is taken care of, then we'll do it." His eyes were a bit hard despite his appearance. "Why don't you go have Neji cheer you up until then? He seems to do a good job at it." he moved away and followed as Kankuro was put on a stretcher and into the ambulance. "Don't run away again, it doesn't suit you."
Neji had moved as soon as he saw Shino embrace Kiba. He stood off to the side, very much pissed, but said nothing until Kiba was getting into the ambulance. "Shino...are you ready to go to my room? I think you really need some relaxation."

Shino jumped slightly once he heard the Hyuuga's voice and turned to him. "Uh... Yea... Let's go..." He sighed as he started to follow after Neji and watched the ambulance go. I thought I had everything figured out... Now what?
Orochimaru chuckled again at Kimimaru's reaction but then stopped realizing they had to be getting somewhere... and not to the bed. "You know it's so much fun teasing you... But teasing you in your doorway isn't going to get us to the movie store..." He chuckled again and walked passed him smacking him on the behind as he went past him.

Kimimaru let out a bit of a squeak as his rear was smacked, and he blushed even further. He slipped inside the room for a few moments, and then came out with a small purse that he'd put his medication in, in case they decided to just go back to Orochimarus'. Closing the door behind him, his cheeks were still burning as he partially limped after the older male to catch up. He was a little startled to see the aftermath of someone getting hit by a car in the parking lot, and snagged his boyfriends' arm as they walked outside.
At the hospital, Kiba was asked to sit in a waiting room as Kankuro was taken to the ER. A fractured rib, a broken arm, and a few cuts. He'd look worse off then he really was, and probably feel it, they said. He would probably be bed-bound for maybe a day, and then he would be able to leave the hospital with a few prescriptions to help pain and healing.
It was one to two hours before Kiba was allowed to go into Kankuro's room. The older male was stretched out on the bed, and surprisingly awake, but very groggy. There was an IV with a few of the basic things, and a heart monitor, but that was about it. His eyes were half-open and staring almost blankly at the ceiling as his good arm rested over his stomach, so his hand could scratch a little against the cast of his arm. It was an odd feeling, and in his grogginess, it was quite entertaining.

Kiba ran over and sat on the edge of Kankuros bed, leaning down and giving the other male a hard kiss before pulling away, his eyes a bit watery. "It's about time you woke up, I was getting worried!" One of his hands grabbed Kankuros good one and gave it a squeeze. "I hope you feel better than you look."
Neji looped his arm through Shinos and smiled. "I know that was horrible and it ruined things a bit, but I am still going to make sure you relax and enjoy yourself. Maybe later we'll go out and do something if you're feeling up to it. I just don't like seeing you upset and stressed."

Kankuro seemed mildly surprised at the kiss, and blinked to Kiba for a few moments, before his mind really registered it. "Hey..." he mumbled, his hand giving a small squeeze back. "I feel a little.... drugged... right now..." he said in response about the 'feeling better then you look' bit. "How.. do I look?" he then added, curiously.
There were a few bandages around his head, he had a cast on his left arm, and the IV in his left. If his overly-large hospital gown came open enough, you could peek in to see a few bandages around his chest. There was a bit of a bruise around one of his eyes.

"Like s**t, but I love ya anyway." Kiba said with a grin, then realizing what he said, quickly looked away. Do I? "They've got you on enough meds right now I bet it feels like your head isn't even connected to your body. The last time I was in an accident, the nurses told me I kept climbing up on the dresser and yelling 'watch me fly!' before jumping off onto the bed."

My friend, when she dislocated her knee cap, wanted bubbles when she was drugged up ))
Kankuro blinked a few times at what Kiba said, and then began giving a bit of a chuckle at everything else the younger male said. "I don't know about that... But.. For some reason... I really want to count all the dots on the ceiling." he mumbled when he was finished, having been too numb to wince at the chuckle. Instead of counting them, though, he closed his eyes for a bit, and appeared to have fallen asleep, until his eyes snapped open again, and he gave a bit of a stiff yawn.
"How are you doing?"

Kiba gave a slight smile and a shrug of his shoulders. "I'm just worried about you. As for that other stuff, it can wait until later. I really don't want to talk about him in this place, I might scare the nurses or something."
Akamaru, having been left behind by his master, had run after Shino and Neji, wanting to be with his second favorite person. He gave a few barks to let them know he was there, then just followed along, right at Shinos side.

Kankuro frowned a little, then nodded. "Then let's not think about him, for now." He mumbled. Even though he told me to take care of you... I still dislike him for what he did to you, and for even being near Neji. "That a** thinks he can do all this s**t and get away with what he wants..." Came a mumble aloud, not meant for anyones' ears. However, he caught it after a few moments. "Neji, I mean." he explained a little, sighing. He rested his head back and looked at the heart monitor. "When can I get out of this place?" he asked.

"I know what you mean. I really can't see what Shino sees in him at all. I've wanted to hit him since we first met!" He gave a small laugh. "You should be able to go tomorrow morning. They just want to keep you here overnight to make sure there's nothing wrong with your head."

Kankuro made a 'hmmn' sound, and then sighed a little. "Heck... If they want to know if there's anything wrong with my head... they shouldn't've drugged me so much." he mumbled, shifting a little on the bed to get more comfortable. He gave off another yawn. "Makes me sleepy, too..."

Kiba was still shaking a bit from the whole thing and moved off of the bed to give Kankuro more room. "If you're tired, sleep. It will make things go by faster, at least for you." he rubbed his arms a bit at the chill in the room. Why do hospitals always have to be so damn cold? "Do you want another blanket or anything?"

Kankuro looked over to Kiba, frowning a little as the other male got off the bed. "No... i'm fine. You should get one, though, for you..." he noted the other male rubbing his arms and shaking. "I'll sleep in a little bit..." He then added. Why the hell did this have to happen? He thought, his eyes drifting closed for another few moments. Right after the talk with Shino, and before I could do anything to help him relax... His good hand shifted and rubbed at his eyes a bit. "I'm sorry, Kiba."

Kiba grabbed a blanket from the closet and wrapped it around his shoulders before sitting in the chair beside the bed. "For what? You're the one that got hit by the car, not me." and if he's talking about that...then he still has no reason to be sorry.

"I know..." Kankuro mumbled. He reached his good arm over to rest his hand at the edge of the bed, near Kiba. "I'm sorry for getting hit... It's not exactly helping you in any way..." He looked to the younger male with frown, a sorry look in his eyes. "You're the one who should be in bed and relaxing, and I should be the one taking care of you... "
