teleportation tags: able to place one on a person or thing and place the second one on a person or thing and with a hand sign and touching it able to teleport from one to the other in a flash (able to use more then two at a time)

Metal Mist: I will CLEAR "las plagus". I feel that there is enough limiters in the technique.
Akira Matoko: Just so you know that you would have to make each of those levels as seperate make-ups techniques. You will also need to add a limiter in those techniques before I will even consider passing any of them.
The Death Clown: "Kunai Trap Genjutsu" and "Genjutsu Pain" are CLEARED.
Ace Zero: I just had to make sure. "Art of the perfect cloning" and "Mind of 1000 truths" are CLEARED.
Sage-Hyuuga: "teleportation tags" is basically the exact same thing as the Flying Thunder God Technique that is learned in the After Life Thread.

Possibility of Use- this is a technique that allows the use of hidden Fragments attacks outside of The World. it has a second ability that allows the use of regular attacks inside of The World. these are its only uses.
Celestial Mark- this is an attack that uses Kamina's crossbow. it gathers energy from the living mater around it to form an arrow of pure energy. when it is used it fires into the opponent faster then a lightning bolt. the opponent has one second to dodge the attack before it hits them. if it hits the opponent it enters the body without creating a wound. but once inside it explodes into a severe electric shock that devistates the opponents body, but also gives the opponent a portion of chakra from all of the energy that was used and released.

Don't Mess With Me!- this is a technique that puts a lock on the madeup techniques that the opponent has made. when used it fully stops the use for 5 days(guild not real) but also drains chakra from the user's body each day the opponent is locked.(1000 a day). this can be unlocked at any time by the user.

This is for hind sight for future techniques.
Medical Examination: Because of her mastery of the medical arts, Valkyrie has the ability to to preform a medical examination of her opponents or allies in battle using her chakra infused hands. This examination scans her opponent's/ allie's physical, mental ect. capabilities and allows her to copy them into a clone. The downside is that she needs to get close enough to touch her opponent on five different occasions during a battle or maintain hold of them for two turns. Also, this clone will be linked to her chakra points so how much she has will be how much the clone has. Finally, it takes a whole turn to create the clone.
Medical Defense: Valkyrie's body defenses work together with her chakra. With every cut or incision on her body, her chakra forms a semipermeable barrier not letting anything out of that area. With that, white blood cell enter the area and work on healing it. The main point of this technique is to protect against toxins, poisons or other alien forms that could enter the body. They remain in that barrier until the proper antibodies can be created, whether by the body itself during the battle or by Valkyrie after the battle.

Destined Entrance- this technique allows the user to forcibly drag an opponent into the world. when used the opponents body is transfered to the world. and if killed insidet the world the opponent disappears from the world and reappears at their home. all damage done to the surface of the body is gone and it appears as though they had a heart attack.

Akira Matoko Okay. What do you mean a limiter? Drawback? There has to be something to limit this, in the current wording if you faught my character that would make those seem to bind me with easy and I am way out of your league in Chakra Points alone.

Made Up 1-Crossing Worlds- This jutsu was developed for use by someone who has Logged into The World it copys the terrain that you created in The World and basiccly copy pastes it onto the terrain that your real body is inhabiting. This world small area is subject to all the rules of The World save you can not escape death here. This terrain can be changed with the Field Technique and the Gate Hacking Technique. Costs 3000 chakra to cast as it is similiar to a powerful summoning.
Made up 2-C-Virus-Through specific Research and main trial and Error tests Loki has been able to come up with a special serum that once administered causes the users chakra to change in a sense so that it is more easily pliable. Like someone going from two rocks to start a fire to matchs to start a fire. This causes the chakra to be able to bend by just saying the name of the jutsu without handsigns. If the jutsu is a summon then it still requires handsigns.

I know Metal's technique has already been approved, but how would one be able to cause their opponents chakra to vibrate, which unless it was through some different method would be required for a log in?
Black Alchemy - Alchemists Soul Within every human being, therein lies the gate, the gate of equivalent exchange, though they may never use it only Alchemist in fact know how to access it every person has it buried deep within their souls. Once true understanding of gate has been achieved the most powerful of Alchemists can access it through their own souls transcending any normal laws or prohibitions . Once opened the gate draws in all within a 50 ft. radius, a sea of countless dark arms reaching out and pulling in those within range. What it appears to be is that the users body begins to fold in upon itself drawing itself inward into a single point from which spring the uncountable dark hands. The dark hands are immune to most conventional forms of attack since they only interact with people upon the level of the soul, not completely unlike the Shinigami, so unless the opponent would have their souls ripped from their bodies their bodies would be drawn within the gate. Once within the gate you would have to fight off the dark hands which suddenly are able to interact with ones physical body very well. Within the gate contact with the dark hands has the potential to drain both the user and opponents chakra. For an alchemist this is not really a problem as the hands can be kept at bay since the gate is where Alchemist are truly home. Within the white empty void of the gate, once you clear away the hands, the void is the one place where almost anything can be created using alchemy, from the void almost any type of material can be drawn. Of course Alchemical reactions require three times as much chakra since everything has to be drawn directly from the gate and you aren't offering any materials in return, but the potential of the attacks is limitless within the users chakra. Besides defeating the Alchemist himself or him releasing it the only way out of the gate is by at least damaging the huge eye that appears overhead once the hands become damaged. Once the eye is damaged a smaller gate will appear within the pupil of the gate through which a non alchemist could escape back into the real world. Those exiting the gate always find themselves back in the real world.
