Nikolai shifted a little on his feet, his eyes adverting to the floor for a moment. He wanted to give her a lot of things but she was right...what could he give? When moving, he felt a small weight in his pocket sway with him. "I...I could give you something," he said softly, feeling like he was ready to let go of the small treasure. It wasn't as if he ever wore it...and he had been told to pass it along some day.

Nozomi sighed softly and smiled, going upstairs to the bedroom she had claimed.
Misaki tilted her head to the left, her hands on her hips. Ah? And what's that? she asked curiously with a small smile as her arms dropped to her sides.

Trying not to look at her tempting neck again, Nikolai slipped his hand into his pocket then slowly pulled it out. In his hand was a golden heart, engraved with different things. It was small enough to fit in his palm and lightly enough to hang from the chain it had on it. Rather than tell her what it was, Nikolai opened the heart and let the soft melody fill the space around them.

Misaki blushed softly, looking at the trinket with a smile. It's beautiful! she exclaimed. What a lovely melody... she sighed happily, looking up to him with bright eyes. Is... it for me? she asked.

Lacuna pushed open the front door with a sigh and looked around. She decided enough was enough, and she'd come home. The only other place she had stayed at was at the bookstore, and she certainly wasn't going back there. Lacuna wandered into the living room and took a seat on the couch as she duh through her bag, looking for something.

Anou... a voice called as they neared Lacuna. You're back... Ryuji whispered before sitting beside her, hesitantly rubbing the back of his neck as he looked to the floor.

Lacuna felt her heart drop and lifted her head rather qyuickly to look at Ryuji. "Ryu.. I love you, and I truly mean that..", she said to him, a cracking in her voice as she spoke to him.

Lacuna shook her head, ashamed. "The.. past.", she said to him bowing her head with a stream of tears because of the obvious harm she had caused Ryu.

Ryuji sighed softly, moving to hug Lacuna closely to his body. I'm so sorry... about all of this, I hope you can forgive my childish actions... I shouldn't have left you... but... as a demon... it is my nature to be this way... I hope you can see past all of this.

Lacuna buried herself into Ryuji, holding onto him tightly. Lacuna shook her head, "No.. Don't be sorry my love.. It's my fault.. all of this..", she insisted, still clasping onto him.
