Actually...I probably have an old pair of shorts I could swim in...Shinji said, nodding. A grin came over his lips as he looked from his trunk to Lena. Shall we change then?

"I suppose so.." Lena said with a nod before standing up and moving over toward her wardrobe. After finding her swimsuit and something to wear over it she disappeared into the bathroom.

Shinji moved to his trunk and dug through it a moment, a pair of brightish blue trunks with white panels down each side and white trim the only swimshorts he could find. He quickly undressed, pulled the shorts on, and put his clothes back on over them, moving to sit on the couch while he waited for Lena.

After a few minutes, Lena came out of the bathroom wearing the same skirt she'd been wearing the day before and a rather worn looking black sweater, over a black and pink polka dot halter style swimsuit. She was also carrying a couple of towels which she sat down on the bed before kneeling down beside it to find her sneakers. "Are you ready to go..?" she asked as she pulled her shoes on.

Ready. Shinji said with a smile as he watched Lena, moving to rise as she finished pulling her shoes on. Shall we teleport, or make use of our legs and walk to the lake? he laughed, reaching out a hand for her to take.

Let's walk. We haven't taken a walk together in a long time...he offered with a warm smile, squeezing just barely Lena's hand in his own.

As they reached the front door of the house, Mikey reached foward to push the door open before leading Jakkin inside. Once they were inside, Mikey lead Jakkin into his room and over towards the bed. "You should probably lay down...."

Jak sat down gingerly on the edge of the bed, shutting his eyes as the the room wavered in his vision. Eyes still closed, he nodded weakly, one hand reaching out to find Mike's. Eyes opened slightly, pleading to the other "Stay with me...?"

"I won't leave you..." Mikey said, shaking his head slightly "I'll just be right over here, at my desk..." he continued with a nod as he gestured to the large drawing table that sat only a small distance away from the bed.

Jak dropped Mikey's hand a look of bitterness coming across his face. "Yea...sure..."he muttered, fumbling to pull off his boots before laying down, his arms wrapped around himself, his back to Mike.

Mikey frowned slightly, he didn't want Jakkin to be angry with him. "I suppose that wasn't what you wanted to hear, huh...." he said with a sigh as he sat down on the edge of the bed, beside Jakkin.
