ok im pretty sure that this has been covered in here before but i couldnt honestly find it.
anyway, if a ninja were to learn the gates. would that mean he would lose all the ninjutsu/genjutsu techniques he had before and could never learn anymore? or can he learn more after hes learned the gates (but obviously cant use genjutsu/ninjutsu when he activates the gates.)

oh ok.
so his SP translates to Endurance rather than chakra because he cant technically use any of it?

A milenia ago I learned Rising Twin Dragons. I was looking through the forum and now you have to learn Tobidougu (I think that is how it was spelled) before you can learn Rising Twin Dragons. Do I need to go back and learn Tobidougu? I know for certain I learned Rising Twin Dragons before Tobidougu was even a technique so I wanted to get a ruling on this.

Hmm, would that mean that one would have to learn the Summoning Jutsu in order to learn any other summoning skill? I think not but I'm going to ask anyway. 3nodding

say someone uses a move that makes it were no one can use summoning jutsus what if later some one joins the fight can the new person use it?

I'd think not. If it cancel's out summoning jutsus, it includes everyone in the battle, current or new.

ok well what if i ues a summoning jutsu then the other guys uses that move to block summonings mine will still work right cuz i uesed it befor he did?

if you summon before he cancells summons you will be fine...you just can't summon after that.
