"Allen, let's go!" Dark begins running.
Dark stops in front of Ren after running for about 10 minutes, but keeps jogging in place. The entire cave is rumbling, rocks and quartz and other things falling down from every direction. Millions and millions of dollars vanishing every second.
"Evacuating. Go, now!" Dark shouts in a panic as he keeps running for the exit.

After having seen the horde of pokemon that had swamped the entire group, he realized already what the task at hand was.

Allen quickened his pace, done with swiping the items as he ran by them, in fact a few even fell from his grasp as he ran, but he'd rather not be dead.

Dark and the others make it outside as the cave collapses. All the gold, jewels, valuable metals and archeological riches gone in a few hours.
Dark stares at where the entrance once was, looking like he was about to cry. He watches as the large rock they entered slowly sinks into the ground, leaving only a pebble where it once was.
"Wuhhh..." The the only sound he could make.

Maddy crawled out from behind a rock, covered in scratches and bruises.
"Almost... didn't... make it..."
She just lay down on the nearest rock, letting the ocean water splash up over her.

Allen dropped his bag, which held only a few items, from his frantic pickup game. "What happened back there??" He cried, looking to Maddy and Dark like they'd know.

"Alright Cyanide, lets get to work!. Tossing the Croagunk's pokeball in the air, a toxic frog would emerge from the depths of it's digital slumber. "Crooooaaagunk!!" he cried. Several pokemon had cleared paths that would meet the Croagunk but one had stayed. With bejeweled eyes and crafty grin, it's purple skeletal body would arch and stand his ground unleashing a cackle. "Sableye......Start off with Poison Jab!"
As instructed, he threw jab punches at the cackling creature. Several would land on him but the poison that emitted wouldn't make contact. With retaliation, it smashed it's hands into the ground as a wave of darkness had shot off from the Sableye. "Dodge it quick!" But it was too late. The Dark Pulse had already phased through Cyanide but fortunately he didn't flinch. I have to get close to land a clean hit. But how could he do it?
The Sableye phased into the darkness, no where to be seen. It was about to attack. "Toxic!" Just as the Sableye had appeared, Cyanide had shot out a massive amount of toxins onto the Sableye making a clean and direct hit. Dowsed in toxic waste, poison would course through his viens. Now the longer he stayed alive, the more damage the toxic would do. Sure he wouldn't feel it now, but the effects would take a toll soon enough.
Placing a hand on the ground a shadowed figure extended from the Sableye. Just a few feet away from Cyanide, a claw of shadows launched from the ground aiming for the poisonous amphibian. "Block it with Poison Jab!" Ren called out. To his surprise, the defense actually worked. As soon as the Sableye stood, a shooting pain coursed through his body. The toxins started to kick in.
"Now that it's poisoned, use Venoshock!" Without hesitation, Cyanide summoned small poisonous particles from thin air. Once having collected a decent amount, he forced the particles to attack. The good thing about Venoshock is that if the target is poisoned, then the damage dealt is doubled. he thought to himself.
With that attack, the Sableye remained lifeless on the ground letting the toxins in it system eat away at it's insides. It how he would've wanted it. A slow and painful death. However Ren wasn't one to let a pokemon die. Pulling out a Lava Cookie, he tossed next to the limp Sableye. "Eat it and you're feel better." and with that the cave would start to collapse. Leaving the Sableye, Ren and his Croagunk made haste back to the entrance.

He laid there lifeless as the toxins coursed through his body. The cookie laid there next to him. He said it would cure him of the poison that was killing him from the inside out. No one has ever showed him such courtesy. Before the cave would collapse, the Sableye grabbed the cookie, scarfed it down and disappeared into the shadows before being crushed into pieces. We shall met again young trainer.....

"We have to leave now. Rest up Cy." he said as he returned his fellow comrade into his pokeball. Running with the others, Ren had barely made it out of the cave with his life.

"I'm not sure... I guess the entire cave was incredibly unstable... I mean a small quake and rockslide is what caused that path to that place to appear." He sighs and looks up at the sky. "... Looks like Archie and Maxie were right." He crosses his arms and looks back in the direction of HQ. "How many Big Nuggets did you pick up anyway?" Dark asks, turning to Allen.

Allen nodded, understanding how unstable it might've been. "Hmmm..?" He looked confused for a moment. "Oh, yeah, right." He reached into his bag and counted, "1, 2, 3, 4..."He goes silent or a moment to continue counting, "... Looks like there are enough in here to cover all of us at least once. Plus a few knickknacks to study up on that city."

"Awesome," Dark responds to Allen as he grabs a few. "I'll leave two for you and divide the rest up." He then sends out his Volcarona.
"Now back to HQ to prepare the rewards and then have a chat with Archie." He sighs and climbs onto his Pokemon and the two fly off to HQ.

Ren calls out his Croagunk and applies medical attention to him. Watching Dark take off, he was left with just Maddy and Allen. "So what was going on in that cave?" he asked curiously.

"Aye aye!" Allen nodded to Dark then turned to Ren, "Honestly, I'm not sure, We had really only just got there and started exploring then we had to run for our lives." He pulled Cecil back from his Pokeball, "Ready to carry me again?" the Reuniclus nodded, lifting the trainer into the air with his psychic powers and they were out over the waters.

After the short response from Allen, Ren had finished healing Cyanide. He'd taken off leaving only Maddy and himself in front of what used to be the cave's entrance. "Well I'll see you around HQ!!" he saluted.
He released Abalone once more and mounted him. Waving off to Maddy, Ren set course back to headquarters on the Wailmer's back. He might not have gotten any items, but he sure as hell did get some training and that much was all he was grateful for.

Dark drops a box of stuff in the main room and takes a deep breath. He now had to go talk to the big boss and let him know what they found and lost.
Above the box he leaves a note:
Allen gets to keep two Big Nuggets. Maddy and myself each get a Big Nugget. Cody gets a regular nugget. Ren also gets a nugget.
He grabs a Big Nugget and heads off to the med-bay to heal his Pokemon before heading off to talk to Archie.
