it says you have to train it like a jutsu of that rank. So my question is if previous ranks are auto learned. I know Nagisa would have to learn the jounin rank, but i dont know if she needs to learn say the genin benefit.

You would have to train. The post count is dependent on how many posts it takes to learn a Gennin rank jutsu.

The Sharingan says that it closes once it has ten members but there is an announcement that says the Sharingan is closed, even though there are only six members. Does this mean I can apply for the Sharingan or is it still closed?

I don't know this for sure, but my assumption is that if you are, say, a chuunin already, you can most likely claim the genin benefit without the training. You might want to confirm that with Lance, but I expect that's how it will work. You'd still have to train for the one of your own rank though. Martin: PM Lance or Luo about it, since Gregar is away. I'd personally say no, but that's just because I can't stand the Sharingan, and thus has no bearing on the situation.

in the new profile acceptance forum...my profile was posted before the little scrap between the mods...i then saw some posts saying that certain people would help certain people...and it was kind of confusing....so my question is:
Which mod should I be looking for feedback from?

If yours hasn't been looked at yet, either Cobra hasn't gotten to it yet, or hasn't seen it, or it's one of the ones Lance claimed. Your best bet at the moment is to just PM lance or Cobra, or just wait and see if they take care of it.

weapons..?
Mkay so It says genin can learn one stage higher of their bukijutsu style for weapon master. Does that mean I have ot be trained or can I just get a scroll and learn it on my own?

ok, this isnt pertaining to the guild, but i've seen it used alot around here...
when people link pages, sometimes it takes them to a certain post further down the page, instead of to the top....how is this done?

First, quote the post you wish to use. I'ma use... My previous post. When I hit either quote or edit, I get the address: http://www.gaiaonline.com/guilds/posting.php?mode=edit&p=280827805 for edit, http://www.gaiaonline.com/guilds/posting.php?mode=quote&p=280827805 for quote. The important thing is what's after edit&p=. After p=, copy that particular number. Now, to make the screen go to the post you want, simply attach '# ' with no spaces to the end of the page's address. So, It should end up, using this page and my post for example, like this: http://www.gaiaonline.com/guilds/viewtopic.php?t=17333247&page=111#280827805
